because he's become a threat to the very existence of the nation itself

When the "fixers" see colleagues dying enmasse from "changamoto" and they know who is a witch, then it is probable that they deal with the witch himself.

Remember, they were sworn to defend the nation first not stupidity of one man

I do not think he was fixed at all, signs were in plain sight since last year when he started moving around with the air cooler. During the campaign he wasn't as active as he was the previous election by taking extended resting periods after every few days on the campaign trail.

Even if the state machinery was going to work to ensure his landslide victory still he was well below his usual self on the road. The govt must come out and say what is troubling our dear no 1 citizen to kill all the rumours. Mkapa, Kikwete they got sick during their presidencies and the public was told about the situation. If I were to hazard a guess I’d say because he has ruffled a lot feathers within the system and along the way, and with the pandemic serving as a perfect and an expedient backdrop, it was just a matter of time before they caught up to him....and did what they had to do.

How does that sound? Too far-fetched?

I have spotted four words carrying the whole intended message to be analyzed, digested and allowed to shed clear light what you were up to convey to the fora
