meditation haina shida,matumizi mabaya ama yasiyo sahihi ya meditation ndio yenye madhara,kwamfano kwenye uislamu hata zile sala ni aina ya meditation ndo maana inatakiwa utulivu mkubwa sana unaposali (ushui),hata vile visimamo vya usiku pia ni a form of meditation.ingawaje wenzetu wa budhism na taoism wameipa enphasis kubwa zaidi.

Moses was born in Egypt adopted by Egyptian royal family and all his education and everything he knew, he was taught in Egypt including religion, politics, economics, culture and everything else. This is the person who wrote the first five book of the bible and greatest authority in christianity. Everything he knew, he was taught in Egypt.

Jesus grew up in Egypt for part of his life. Mohamed seek asylum / refugee status in Ethiopia when his life was in danger. And he developed his ideas from there in Ethiopia. All the greatest teachers, scientists, philosophers of Greek got their Knowledge in Africa.

By the way at that time Egypt was Colony of Ethiopia. So i don't see the problem for rastafarian going back to the root where everything started. Meaning of the word Ethiopia is Black People and Kemet as Egypt was known for thousands of years is Black Land or land of blacks. (These are names which European Greeks and Romans give these countries when they first saw people who live there and their lands). So in other word we are all Ethiopian from Kemet.
