God did not punish pharaoh but rather he manipulated his free will
and God according to scripture he doesn't enforce you to believe in him or doing good

You are just going off the topic,I can use the story of the migratory birds and fish which migrate ten of thousands miles every year to the breeding ground and back to their feeding grounds without use of GPS and compass without getting lost and returning to their same exact spot,How do they manage to do that yet a man with all the intelligence can't go anywhere over water or land without use of GPS and compass? Don't you think there is a deity which /who is responsible for this? How can science explain this?

you said that mankind can't go anywhere without of GPS but yet GPS was inveted by mankind himseif
so before invention of GPS men were not migrating?

back to you question,all those behaviours are just experience acquired during lifetime and not influence of divine.

God didn't manipulate pharaoh's free will. Pharaoh's heart was already hard ,God only hardened it in order to manifest himself to Egyptians as wellas punish them since they were at the time worshiping idolatry
