Uongo mwingine bhana, yaani ICDs kibao hazina magari wala mizigo, badari kwenyewe hakuna kitu kisha tunasema chanzo ni China, yaaani mizigo yote na magari yote yanatokea China?? Basi tuwe sehemu ya Jamhuri ya China hhahahahahaaaa
 
Makusanyo ya kipindi cha Kikwete ni zaidi ya billion mia tisa leo hii ni Trillioni moja,wakwepa kodi siyo wengi kiasi hicho bali ufanyike utafiti upya siyo kusema wakwepa kodi wameacha kuleta mizigo,hizi ni kauli za kisiasa
 
Hao china walikua wanaleta makontena bure kugawa ?
Kwani nchi jirani zimesita kuahiza bidhaa?
Ni muhimu bandari kuwa buzzy , hixi sababu za kichina hazisaidii.

Wanachisema watu ni kuwa hata bidhaa zetu nyengin e zinapita kenya . Why ? Kweli tatizo io kodi tu peke yake ni huduma mbovu hapo bandarini na feed zisizo eleweka.
Madukani hakuna uoungufu wowote upo kama kawaida kuonesha bidhaa zinaingia ...lakini bandari ipo kavu ...na waziri anasema wanakwepa kodi,...sasa hizi bidhaa zinapita wapi..? Ukweli hawatumii bandari yetu lakini mizigo inakuja kama. Kawa

Mkurugenzi Mkuu wa Bandari anasema magari yamepungua kutoka 3,500 kwa siku mpaka sasa hayazidi 1,500. Waziri anasema hii ni kwa sababu ''uchumi/soko la china limeyumba''. Kuna correlation kweli hapa au ndio yaleyale ya kushindwa kujichunguza na kumtupia lawama jirani kwa kila baya linalotutokea?
 
Halafu kama tumeyumba kwa kushirikiana na China why tunandelee kuwang'ang'ania kama washirika wetu ?
Yaan tunaendelea kung'ang'ania kukumbatia Mzinga wa Nyuki.

Wakwepa kodi hawakua wengi kivile kumbe kutoka bilioni 900 wakati wa jk mpk trilioni 1 leo na mengine hapo yalikua madeni ni tofauti ndogo mno.nilijua pesa nyingi ilikua inapotea kumbe cvyo.
 
HATUA ya kupungua kwa mizigo inayotoka nje ya nchi kwenye Bandari ya Salama haitokani na ongezeko la kodi, anaadika Regina Mkonde.

Dk. Phillip Mpango, Waziri wa Fedha na Mpango amesema kuwa, pamoja na kuwepo kwa madai kwamba, mizigo kutoka nje ya nchi imepungua kutokana na ongezeko la kodi “kauli hii si ya kweli.”

Dk Mpango ametoa kauli hiyo leo katika mkutano wa uorodheshwaji wa hisa kwenye Soko la Hisa la Dar es Salaam (DSE) uliofanyika jijini Dar es Salaam.

Mpango amefafanua kuwa, kuyumba kwa soko la China ndiyo sababu ya mizigo hiyo kupungua kwa kuwa, Tanzania inashirikiana na nchi hiyo katika masuala ya kiuchumi.

“Muangalie uchumi wa China unavyokwenda, soko lake limepungua ulimwenguni, kutokana na sababu ya nchi kuwa na ushirikiano wa kiuchumi na china kumeathiri.

Kodi haiathiri chochote kile, na kelele zote zinazoendelea zinafanywa na wale wakwepa kulipa kodi.

“Waambie waache porojo, waende kwenye takwimu, hata kwa nchi jirani ya Kenya mizigo inayoingia imepungua kwenye Bandari ya Mombasa. Waende wakapate ripoti.”

Amesema kuwa, serikali ipo makini na wafanyabishara ambao hawataki kulipa kodi.

“Walipe kodi tu ili serikali iweze kuwahudumia, haiwezekani bandari itoe huduma kwa wafanyabiashara pasi na wao kulipa kodi, hapana.”
Hapo bandarini kuna tatizo kubwa sana.
Taarifa ya jana ya bandari kuwa mizigo imepungua kwa zaidi ya nusu ya kiwango ni ya kushtusha.
Siamini kuwa mizigo ile yote ilikuwa ni ya "mafisadi" au wakwepa kodi.
Tatizo halisi lifanyiwe kazi na kurekebishwa..
 
Tanzania traders ditch Dar port for
Mombasa

The Tanzania business community is gradually
increasing its use of the Port of Mombasa citing
too many bureaucracies at Dar-es-Salaam port.
An importer said Tanzanians are afraid of using
their own port because of strictness, “where port
management is afraid of making decisions for fear
of annoying the presidency”.
The Tanzania Ports Authority staff are reportedly
wary of an action by President John Magufuli,
who sacked four senior officers including director
general Awadhi Massawe and the authority’s
board chairman Joseph Msambichaka in
December.
The purge, said to “root out corruption and
inefficiency at the port” saw at least 25 people
sacked, including eight middle-level managers.
The slow decision-making has since been blamed
for bureaucracies at the port handing over a brisk
business to Mombasa, which is already clearing
goods destined for Tanzania through the Single
Customs Territory.
“More Tanzanian traders are now using Mombasa
port to import their wares,” another importer told
the Star.
The Kenya International Freight and Warehousing
Association confirmed increased activities in
clearing cargo destined for Tanzania.
“Things have changed because of the new
systems in place which have made importing
through Mombasa faster and better. People are
coming to Mombasa,” Kifwa chairman for
Mombasa region, Eric Gitonga said in a telephone
interview.
The East Africa Online Transport Agency said its
Tanzanian clients and investors are on a wait-
and-see situation.
“Uncertainty in Tanzania’s political environment is
one of the issues coming up in regional forums
currently. People are slowing down on
investments and imports in Tanzania,” said EAOTA
marketing director Nyambura Gitonga.
Tanzania imports through Mombasa were 204,000
tonnes in 2015, up from 187,000 tonnes in 2014,
Kenya Ports Authority data shows.
“Tanzania’s use of the Port of Mombasa is
increasing,” said KPA principal communication
officer Hajj Masemo. The management has noted
increased transit volumes to the neighbouring
country.
Kenya is banking on the newly opened Taveta/
Holili One-Stop Border Post to increase its trade
with Tanzania.
The OSBP commissioned on February 27, has
reduced the time trucks take to be cleared from
33 hours to nine hours.
Total transit cargo to the hinterland through the
Port of Mombasa increased by 8.2 per cent from
7.2 million tonnes in 2014 to 7.7 million tonnes in
2015.
Tanzania has three per cent share, with Mombasa
serving mainly Northern Tanzania areas of Tanga,
Arusha and Usangi.

Ukweli wafanyabiashara hawapendi kulipa kodi, kama wameshindwa kufanya biashara hapa tanzania wapo huru kuondoka na kwenda kufunya nchi nyingine ambako watafanya ufisadi wao wa kutokulipa kodi.
