Welcome Mr. High Commissioner, we know that due to the Coronavirus pandemic, most of the would be foreign observers to the forthcoming Tanzanian general elections might not be able to travel to the country to observe the elections.

We therefore advise that you make an arrangement in collaboration with other foreign missions accredited to this country to deploy the sufficient number of members of the civic organizations to monitor the elections.

This follows the likely scenario that the ruling party in this country notorious for rigging the polls is once again planning to rig the polls in a manner never seen before.

We ask that should the ruling party cheat on the elections once again this country should be subjected to a reasonable level of sanctions so as to bear the pressure upon the election riggers to yield to popular demand to draft a new constitution that will guarantee both fundamental human rights and democratic values that this country terribly lacks.

We wish you all the best in your new carrier and hope that God will guide your conscience during the course of your duty.
