Ninaandika kupata maoni yenu juu ya sekta ya fedha, particularly contribution mbovu ya CRDB katika utoaji wa huduma za kibenki.

Hapa nazungumzia huduma simple na ya moja kwa moja ya kuchukua na kutoa fedha. Mimi ni mteja wa branch ya kijitonyama. Uzoefu wangu ni muda wanaotumia kuhudumia wateja na ufanisi wa matela. Wahudumu wako very slow, na ukiwauliza siku zote watakwambia system yao ama iko down, ama iko slow.
Lakini pamoja na hayo wahudumu hawa wanaingiza mambo yasiyo ya kikazi kwama vile kuongea na simu katikati ya huduma, kuchat ama kutuma messages wakati mteja akiwa dirishani kwao, kuongeleshana na watendaji waenzao ndani ya madirisha yao wakitokea milango ya ndani, yaani usumbufu ni mkubwa sana. haijalishi umefika saa ngapi, haijalishi siku gani ya juma, wala haijalishi umefuata huduma gani kila kitu ni slow kuliko unavyoweza kufikiri.
Naamini hii ni taswira ya kawaida sana, hata ukiwa kwenye foleni kila mteja analalamika na hakuna improvement. kinachonishangaza ni namba ambavyo si bodi wala serikali ambaye ni mdau anayeonekana kusumbuliwa na hii lack of efficiency na incompetence ya timu yao.
Kwa sasa watu wafanyabiashara wengi sana wanategemea benki za nje, ambazo ni ndogo tu kama baclays, FNB, stanbic kupitishia transactions zao, jambo ambalo halionekani kuwasumbua viongozi wa benki hii, zaidi ya kulalamikia serikali kuhamishai hela zake BOT.
2.Nini Kifanyike
Tunaomba Bodi na serikali kuchukua hatua za haraka ili kuinusuru banki hii. Ni muda sasa kufanyike yale yaliyofanywa na BOT ya kuiondoa management nzima na safu zima ya wakurugenzi manake wanachofanya ni kujali maslahi yao na siyo kazi yao.
Management iwapatie wafanyakazi mafunzo muafaka ili kuboresha utendaji wao. Wafanyakazi wananuna masaa yote, they look very tired and exosted, na hawana content inapowahitaji kuuza huduma.

It is funny how you seem to generalise the service received at one branch with the entire bank. To be honest your opinion is rather biased and not to be trusted. I have been a customer of the bank for almost half a decade and overall I am quite pleased with the level of service and their customer-centric conduct. Kweli kabisa,labda huko kijitonyama ila crdb mbezi beach ni benk nzuri sana.
Nadhani unapaswa kuelewa kuwa ili mpaka ufungue tawi sehemu au biashara lazima ufanye feasibility study na kuona kama biashara hiyo itakulipa au vipi. Kwa nini Burundi? Hii ni nchi ambayo soko lake bado haliko saturated na inafanya biashara nyingi kupitia bandari ya Dar es Salaam. Hivo kuna opportunity kubwa tofauti na nchi ambazo ulizozisema. Na Burundi ndo nchi ya kwanza kwenda nje ya nchi hivo lazima upime kuona mafanikio yake kabla haujaenda nchi nyingine. Kuna benki imesheherekea miaka 50 juzi ila hata mpakani mwa Tanzania na Burundi haijafika. Hapa tunazungumzia Benki ya CRDB yenye miaka 20 tu huku ikiongozwa na wazawa.CRDB pamoja na ukongwe na idadi kubwa ya wateja wamejitahidi kufungua branch Burundi,?
Why not Kenya? Why not UG? Why not Zambia? Kwa nini isiwe SA,??
Ikumbukwe kuwa Wageni wanaotoka mataifa haya wakifika Tz wanafanya banking kwa Bank za nchi zao, mfano wakenya wengi huwa napanganao foleni KCB,
KCB have nothing special lakini wamejitanua outside Kenya wamefungua operations nchi nyingi tu Africa
Tanzania kuna branches kibao Dar, na pia mikoani.

Nilitupaga account ya CRDB japo juzijuzi hapa nimejikuta nairudia, but ni Kweli CRDB imejaa incompetent employees.
Kuna branch iko hapa ubungo business park ukipata tatizo lazima urudi pale hata Mara 3 hadi 5 ndio unapata suluhu.
Poor CRDB,
