Coca-Cola Kwanza Ltd: Whats going on?

Greetings my dear friends,

We have been receiving a lot of chatter from CCKL that something is going on.. there is tense situation especially between some employees and administration. Most of it as far as we can tell has to do with some employees posting on their facebook pages about their complaints about working conditions at the Mikocheni plant.

Is there anybody who is willing to speak with us or to let the public know what is going on at one of Tanzania's oldest company...?

Coca Cola kwanza is not one of Tanzania's oldest companies as you think. Actually Coca Cola kwanza is very new in Tanzania. Its hardly 20 years old.

Coca cola Kwanza mengi alishajitoa zamani sana, hii ni hakika niliwahi kufanya kazi nao,na meneja wao wa (cocacola East Africa ndio aloniambia mchaga mwenzake mengi wakati huo).Kwasasa inammiliki mwengine simjui.

Cckl ni ya makaburu, Mengi ana share kiduchu

i know one of the victims of this scandal. some have already lost their jobs. will ask her to contact u and see if she wants to spill the beans. it is a sad story, CMA sijui wanafanya nini!

Hakika ni kwamba alikuwa na 25% shares akaziondoa muda urefu baada ya kutokuelewana na share holders wenzake makaburu so yeye amebaki na Bonite northen zone na inafanya vizuri sana.

Coca cola Kwanza ipo chini ya Coca Cola Sabco yenye makao makuu Port Elizabeth South Africa, Mengi siyo mmiliki, nilifanya kazi mwaka mmoja pale Coca cola nikawapiga chini kutokana na vitabia vya ajabu ajabu kama majungu nk. Lakini uongozi wa juu HR uliondolewa sasa sijui hata ulioletwa bado nikimeo?

CMA hawawezi kumfungulia mtu shauri kama wewe ambaye unadai hujatendewa haki haujapeleka shauri lake kufungua kesi.
