So far so good, the way I know Paul Kagame he will never ever apologise as everything pointed on him he normally say is utter nonsense, to add on this.During 1996 when Piere Buyoya did a coup at Burundi and overthrown an elected government under president Silvestre Ntibantunganya the world put embargo to Burundi which means Burundi couldnt have access to foreign currency and fuel. During this time Kagame played a great role to supply fuel to Burundi in illegal way via Rwanda.
So to me if you say Kagame was dealing with UNITA under Savimbi there is no surprise at all as the guy is well known for illegal business and he is ready to do anything.
