Hayo ndiyo matatizo ya kuangalia upande mmoja tu wa historia anayoyazungumzia Profu maana hawa wengine huwaongelei:
It was vital to Tanganyika's later history that after defeating Abushiri the German made allies of the coastal Muslims...It was equally important that coastal society contained men willing to learn western skills, serve western masters, and create a place for Muslims in colonial Tanganyika. These men came from two sections of coastal society. One was the Omani aristocracy which had served the Sayyid. Its members generally led the peace parties which negotiated with Wissmann. The most prominent was Wissmann's friend and agent, Suleiman bin Nasor, liwali successively of Pangani, Bagamoyo, and Dar es Salaam, and regarded by other Arabs as 'more German than the Germans'. Some resistance leaders also rehabilitated themselves, notably the learned Omari bin Jamaliddini, kadhi of Lindi from before the German invasion until 1945. The other group to serve the Germans contained younger men from lower social strata who took advantage of German education" - A MODERN HISTORY OF TANGANYIKA PAGE 208
