Kenya had A'level system of education way back and even during that time, you could not do medicine with grade D in physics or any other science. Do you understand yourself? High school in Kenya is just a secondary school. An high schooler is a student between form one to form 4. And form four in Kenya is like form 6 in Tanzania and Uganda while a form one in Kenya is a for three in Tz.
