Napoli have not reached any agreement yet with Man City to sell Koulibaly - so they're still waiting

Arsenal are close to completing the transfer of Gabriel Magalhaes after the 22-year-old Brazilian centre-back completed a medical after a fee of up to £27m was agreed with Lille. The Gunners have offered a five-year contract, although Napoli have not given up hope of signing the player. (Times, subscription required)

Gabriel Magalhaes has rejected to wait both Napoli & Manchester Utd in favour to join Arsenal. #AFC have increased their offer to Lille & the player. Mikel Arteta & Edu both called the player & his reps to complete the deal. The player has already YES to #AFC since last Sunday.

As we spoke, the deal is done since last Sunday and Gabriel should've come to London at the begnining of this week but Napoli & Man Utd slowed it our negotiations with the player and his reps. #afc
