1,Press menu button
2,Go to USB Expansion
3,Select USB menu
4,Press yellow button to upload
5,Select upload all software
upload all software => SRT-Backup
upload datta => channelist
upload key => softcam 1.key.
All your upload files will be stored at USB MENU >>> ALL or SOFTWARE.Then you can install software and files, datta channelist or softcam 1.key,depending of your choice after Factory Default.

The new patch for SRT4950 includes the QR Code for G-MScreen for Android and IOS.You can connect your smartphone on the same wi-Fi with the stb and watch your favorable channel on your phone.Tested on Android and working fine.Download from playstore an app named G-MScreen.

According to the manufacturer, all 4950 receivers in the market are genuine. Check out a few pages earlier for a list of their dealers

On my SRT 4950H NAT GEO,NAT GEO WILD/ANIMAL PLANET & CARTOON NETWORK on TPs 11616v & 11533 (30000/29999), is round and clear here in Nairobi.

I see these are encrypted using irdeto... how did you unlock please?

An update: In the last few minutes I've updated to v3.16p software, done a factory reset and blind-scanned E7A. The same scenario persists. At signal level of 82%, the 4950H does not seem to lock on to this tp (11617 v 30000). Anyone with a solution to this?

Try this: Delete the TP-11617V30000. Next enter manually, 11618V29999. Save and scan manually only this TP. I hope this helps.

Not just the Kenyan ones, even the radio stations as well as the Tz channels seem to behave similarly on my end. Incidentally, what's new with 3.20p? Is it bringing in the 11617v30000 on 7E?
