What software version are you using?

i have same problems ranksat waiting for version 3.17 upto 3.19 which are out there as directed by our senior kungu in a certain forum in arabic pls read that ealier post by brother kungu since i dont understant any arabic writing i will just wait hoping future softwares will rectify that but if anyone knows how to load an earlier patch pls help

Aha, so I wasn't alone in my predicament eh? Phew! While at i Bw. Kanyu, is there a way to save my channel list prior to software update/factory reset and reinstate the same afterwards?

You actually read my mind.. I 've been wondering about that too..esp now that CNN has docked on that position and of course we have the kenyan + Ugandan Muxes over there as well.. so It would be a nice direction to point your C-band Dish..

My meter as usual can only pick DVB-S signals only and Sayare TV seem to be the only station using DVB-S according lyngsat

I used to own this decoder and i happened to brick it while uploading software via usb as a result of power interruption while in the process of uploading software. The decoder was rendered useless. I have tried to bring it back to life but my efforts have been fruitless. Their website is obsolete hence no software updates. I would advice you to go for strong decoder either 4922 or 4950H. Thats my take.
