I now get all tps on 7E including 11618 V 30000 with Nat Geo and the good music with video.
My 11618 V comes in at 65% quality on SRT 4922 and this is the lowest tp, while others reach 98% quality which seems to be the absolute maximum you can get on Strong receivers.
I will soon add more LNBs to nab SES 5 and Nilesat Group on the same dish to reduce acreage on my dish farm.

Check the fuse inside the 4920, most lightning strikes just blow the fuse.

The Fuse is on the power supply side of the SRT 4922, the surge that messed up the receiver come via the LNB connector at the back.
Presently the receiver comes on,lights up but thats just it.so basically the board is damaged.
So anyway I upgraded my new SRT 4950H from v 1.83P to V2.83P and the following are some of the high notes:
-IPTV channels - OSN among many premuim channels
-Detection of a previously undetectable USB- wifi adapter
-Opening of some Biss encrypted channels - IRIB TV 3 and IRIB Varzesh,MBC USA,TV3 Ghana,
however cant open the 2 Biss locked channels on yahsat
downside:
- 8-port diseqc switch doesn't seem to work with this receiver; only works up to port 4.
- using it for CS is a challenge - server entry option not available.
Yet to try it with the digiturk Channels.Will do so then report back
