There's a new software for 4922, 138p dated 29/10/2013

New software patch 138p released today 29th October for the SRT 4920/22 & 22A with support for more functions for IPTV like add, remove, edit etc.

I have just downloaded and updated the 4922 with the new software 138P. Just under the list of IPTV channels, now there are three extra icons: Remove one, Remove all and Off Pre-CH. They are marked red, green and yellow respectively. However, none of the channels is deletable even if the red or green button on remote controller is clicked while highlighting a channel to be deleted. The whole list flickers abit but none is deleted. Even a factory reset does not improve the situation. It seems there isn't much different between the 137P and the 138P softwares.
Anyone else experiencing this?

in prime focus reception,what is the difference when using an inverto ultra black lnb compared to a fuji stargold lnb in terms of signal quality?

30Msps symbol rate, is equivalent to what in a Strong decoders? 30,000?

Hi satmates, after installing a 120 cm that they sell as 130 cm prime focus dish, there is no much difference from the 90 cm one because the signal improved by a mere 5% on Nilesat frequencies. I used the same fuji lnb. I wanted to nail the elusive JSC +1 to +5 but as Mwangi has said that the coverage ends somewhere in Ethiopia. However, we used to receive it sometimes using a 90 cm dish.

There are local channels on 7a.e kbc, k24, citizen, ntv, azam, muvi tv. qtv. ktn, must be ku band and not ka band, you wouldn't get these birds on a ku band, but no picture with high signal of 85% sr,12604H Anyone getting the same.

I can see the footprint is europe C which doesn't reach kenya, nairobi, where are you receiving from?
