Thanks a lot freq for the prompt feedback. Will give it a go once the weather permits. Not sure though if what flysat says about the availability of the Kenyan channels on 70.5, since the last update on the same was done in March 2016. Any forumer here to confirm the existence of Kenyan mux please.combining 68.5 and 70.5 on 180cm pf is the easiest combination one could ever do mate. it could still be done on a 90cm, but with more professionalism and experience.
Been getting the local kenyan channels on a terrestrial decoder but recently changed locations, and the signals seem to be playing a now-you-see-me-now-you-dont' a lot. Presently got a 90cm offset pointed at 68.5E (motivated by the fine live coverage of the just concluded Commonwealth games by Botswana's BTV - pity us Kenyans for the unholy alliance between big brother and KBC which meant we had no such luxury as it used to be; hail ASAS for the breakthrough nevertheless), but is willing to swing it to any location that offers the Kenyan mux on Ku-band . Would be glad to get the 4 major national broadcasters (CITIZEN, KTN, NTV , K24) or any three or two of them.
Noted on flysat that 70B @ 70.5E could be close to my requirements. Is it possible to combine 68.5E and 70.5E on a 90cm? Anybody there to confirm to help before I begin the long climb up the roof?
Also got a prime focus (180cm) on 68.5E, but wish to maintain it there for obvious reasons. Am thus requesting house for ideas on this (potential LNB combinations). I also don't trust lyngsat since it is quite outdated (listing channels like QTV that are pushing up the daisies). Regards to all.

Getting a bit more ambitious though, how practical is the 68.5E and IS 22@ 72E combination on a single 180cm both C-band LNBs? Any one with the set up presently? I have noted the latter has all the kenyan channels I need.
Use DW tp (SES-5) and Azam tp (E7B) to balance. Bear in mind that in the latter, you'll listen to radio only.
UP UP UP about 5 Inches UP.Hello all, I managed to climb to the roof last night after having input 12034H27500 as my tracking TP and using that screamer toy, I got Nilesats before it rained and I retired to bed.
Now, will I be required to move the dish to face further up, down, to the sides or where so that I can nab SES5?
