What good does it do for Dr. Slaa and others to keep naming names without any incontrovertible proof and without litigation if they believe Dr. Ridhwani and others who have been alleged (of ufisadi) have indeed illegally gained their wealth?
Eventually people will stop taking them seriously if all they do is talk, talk, talk and no action.
He has incontrovertible proof. He doesn't produce it here because it doesn't belong here. He will produce it in court when and if the need arises.
I put it to you that those that he has named earlier believe him when he says he has proof. That is why they don't dare pursue the matter in court.
On what do you base your claim that Dr. Slaa lacks incontrovertible proof? What proof do you have that he doesn't have proof?
