Whatever happens to you, you take the punches and move on. So, all this chasing of Tanzanians in Kagera region ( I am saying this because I have proof of people who are coming who have naturalization certificates but still they were chased from Karagwe) is a small bump in the long journey to success. They say "that which doesn't break you makes you stronger" Ever heard of that?

And hapo kwenye nyekundu, I can guarantee you that JK will leave office before Kagame. Unapinga?

Really? Kwa hiyo wakianzisha sub forum yao ndio watakuwa wamekamilika? I don't think so. Unafahamu kwa nini Wakenya i.e. Manyang'au wameweka hiyo sub-forum? OOps kwa nini imewekwa?

aisee...yaani wewe sijui nikuite jina gani....unasema reading 10 pages?well even if it had to take them a week what is wrong if it favours their country?wale wanajua wapi wametoka na wapi wanaenda kwa pamoja kama nchi...ni yatima hawana godfather endapo mambo yataenda hovyo kama ilivokuwa kwa radar bongo....

Umakini wa kufanya kitu hautegemei muda uliochukua kufanya kitu husika....... sasa unataka kuniambia kuwa mwanafunzi ambaye anachukua muda mwingi kwenye mtihani...... yaani yeye hatoki kwenye chumba cha mtihani bila ya msimamizi kusema ''kalamu chini!!!!!'' huyo ndiyo atafaulu sana????? Warwanda wametawaliwa na uoga..... na ndiyo maana hapa muda si mrefu wataanza kama ya sometimes in april 1994.

To add on to that...I remember one CEO of a Rwanda company went to china to negotiate with chinese about construction a factory in Rwanda. When they got there, they were received well by the chinese and given a five star treatment. All this the chinese later told them that it was a tactic to soften them so that during negotiations, the Rwandese delegation do not ask a lot of questions but sign the contact which favored the chinese more than the rwandese. Now, when the negotiations started, the chinese were surprised when the rwandese asked for a few days to go through the contract and consult their legal advisors!! In addition, the chinese expected that the rwandese would sign the contract the same day and leave the following day. But to their surprise, the negotiations took four days of 24hrs meetings until the Rwandese were satisfied and the contract was then signed. After shaking hands one of the chinese intimated to the CEO that this is the first time that they have seen Africans serious about negotiations. He said other africans usual come sign the contracts, drink some tea, go and do some shopping and then head back home only to find out later that the contract they signed favors the chinese more than them. Mkuu you should remember that other countries do home work long before the contract is drafted, negotiations go hand in hand with the drafting of the contract, when it comes to the signing part, you sign the document which you already know what is inside.

If you start reading the contract it shows that you are incompetent and impotent in negotiations. I thought Rwandese are way better than that.

Should I start listing all the bad contracts that you guys have entered into which are in the public domain. You are being denied a lot of revenues because of these bad contracts. I tell you should be very advanced in development but from what I am seeing, I think you will never get there. Bad governance, corruption, etc is draining your resources and poverty is going finish you. That is the plain truth and you cannot deny it.

In kiswahili we say "Mgema akisifiwa hulitia tembo maji," and there is a psychological explanation for that. To his credit, there are many good things that Kagame as a leader has done to his country. But as we have been complimenting him on how he has stirred discipline among government institutions comparable to no other government in the region, I think we have made him think that he is the boss of everybody else in the region, not only his country, and that is where we fault him. He has been key in causing havoc in Congo, stealing her natural resources, and now he is busy planning to do the same in Tanzania simply because he believes that he is the boss who cannot be advised by Kikwete. A record of what he has been doing to whoever looks at things in different lens from his is known. Remember that absolute power corrupts, and that is what is destroying Kagame now. We used to hear commercials of "maumivu ya kichwa huanza pole pole" and I think that Kagame also is slowly loosing ground now. Everything good he did in the past may soon evaporate and end up sinking the country in the same chaos as it was twenty years ago. He should have gone above the fray and call all Rwandas together to help heal and erase their differences, but all he does is to stir memories of the past in order to concretize their differences in his advantage, and that will never bring any good to Rwanda.

Learn from Mandela who brought together all south africans including boers who had jailed him for no reason but he said let us forget our differences and build our nation as one; what did Mandela loose?

Na ndiyo maana mimi kwa dhati kabisa nitamuunga mkono rais Kikwete popote...... kuhusu wazo lake la kukaa pamoja au kufanya mazungumzo na waasi.... hii ni njia ya kiungwana na ya KIMUNGU kwa maana inawaleta pamoja watu waliohasimiana na kuongea mambo mengi ya msingi ya kwa nini walihasimiana na nini kifanyike ili hali hiyo isijirudie tena..... Kukataa kuongea na adui yako ni kuzidisha uadui na matokeo yake ni madhara zaidi....

Well this is open secret man, and we even name our ministers who are thieves. We know that and we are slowly working on it, we have a long way to go, but we are making progress now.

Kama ukisikia tukisema mafisadi na tunataja majina yao, those are guys. Buy the way some of us admire Rwanda because of good management (regardless of shortcomings that can be seem in PK government).
Will get there i can assure you.

Tanzania is going down the drain due to bad contracts on exploitation of natural resources.
