Franklin Delano Roosevelt is the man,he stayed in reign for almost four terms when death cut his life short,he is highly appreciated by the Americans for taking them out of the Great Economic Depression 1929-1933 through his policy "New Deal" as the series of measures to overcome the crisis& he did.
