IRAN WAR - THE MOST POWERFUL BUSINESS EMPIRE IN THE WORLD WAS BUILT UNDER SANCTIONS

(You'll love reading this, don't miss it.)

In 1979, a revolution happened in Iran.

The new government needed a military force it could trust completely.

Not the existing army, those soldiers had sworn loyalty to the Shah. Ayatollah Khomeini built something new from scratch.

He called it the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.

The IRGC.

He told them their job was to protect the revolution.

What he actually built was the most sanctions-proof economic empire in modern history.

Here is the story nobody is telling you.

The world has spent 46 years trying to financially destroy the IRGC through sanctions.
  • Sanctions on their oil.
  • Sanctions on their banks.
  • Sanctions on their companies.
  • Sanctions on their leadership.

The US Treasury has issued thousands of designations. The EU finally listed them as a terrorist organization in February 2026.

And through all of it the IRGC got bigger. Richer. More powerful.

Not despite the sanctions.

Because of them.

Here is how they did it.

Step one. Take over the economy legally.

In 2004, Iran's constitution was quietly amended to authorize the IRGC and its affiliated entities to manage up to 80 percent of the country's major economic sectors.

Construction. Transportation. Telecommunications. Banking. Insurance. Real estate. Agriculture. Mining. Energy. Defense. Chemicals. Pharmaceuticals. Export and import operations.

80%.

Not through corruption alone. Through the law itself.

Step two. Hide it in plain sight.

The IRGC built its empire inside structures called Bonyads, charitable foundations nominally organized to help the poor and advance religious goals.

These foundations answer to no elected government.

They have no parliamentary budget oversight. They file no public accounts. Their finances are classified.

They look like charities.

They function like holding companies worth hundreds of billions of dollars.

The largest ones, Bonyad Mostazafan, the Execution of Imam Khomeini's Order, the Astan Quds Razavi collectively control more than half of the entire Iranian economy.

The US Treasury has called them a mechanism for Iran's elite to maintain corrupt ownership over vast parts of the economy.

Step three. Build what the government needs, and make yourself impossible to remove.

The IRGC's construction arm is called Khatam al-Anbiya.

It was founded in 1989 and today employs 25,000 engineers and staff across over 800 subsidiary companies.

What has it built?

Tehran's international airport.

The Tehran to Tabriz railway.

The Fordow underground nuclear facility, buried deep enough that only B-2 bombers carrying Massive Ordnance Penetrator bombs could reach it.

A 900-kilometer natural gas pipeline.

Dams across six provinces.

Tehran's metro system.

Oil refineries. Ports. Tunnels.

In 2009, the IRGC purchased 51 percent of Iran's national Telecommunications Company for $7.8 billion, the largest single transaction in Tehran Stock Exchange history.

When you build a country's airports, railways, pipelines, telecoms, and nuclear sites — you are not a military force anymore.

You are the infrastructure.

You cannot sanction infrastructure.

Step four. Build outside the system entirely.

When Western banks froze Iran out of SWIFT — the IRGC built a shadow banking network.

When Western countries seized Iranian oil tankers, the IRGC built a ghost fleet of vessels that turned off their tracking signals and delivered oil directly to China, India, and others at a discount.

When cryptocurrency emerged — the IRGC's Quds Force moved into blockchain networks and began using digital assets to move money across borders without touching a single Western bank.

Their budget is officially classified. Nobody outside the organization knows exactly how much they control.

Analysts estimate it at somewhere between one-third and two-thirds of Iran's entire GDP.

Reuters called it a state within a state.

They were being polite.

Now here is the Rich Dad lesson.

The IRGC was created by a government in 1979.

By 2026, it had outlasted every sanction, every president, every supreme leader — including the one who created it.

When Khamenei was killed on February 28, 2026, the IRGC immediately moved to block the new president's cabinet appointments.

They told him which ministers he could and could not have. He had no choice but to comply.

The military told the government what to do.

Not because they had more guns.
Because they owned more assets.

This is the lesson that never appears in any business school curriculum.

Real power is not a title. It is not a position. It is not even a weapon.

Real power is ownership of things that cannot be taken away.

The IRGC understood this from 1979.

They built refineries while politicians gave speeches.
They built telecoms while generals fought wars.
They built ghost fleets while diplomats negotiated deals.

Every sanction that hit Iran made the civilian economy weaker.

It made the IRGC stronger — because they owned the assets the civilians could not access.

Rich Dad said it in a different way.

The rich acquire assets. The poor and middle class acquire liabilities they think are assets.

The IRGC acquired assets. For 46 years. Under maximum external pressure.

They now own the country.

I am not saying to admire this. I am saying to understand it.

Because the same principle, own real assets that no government can take from you — is what I have been teaching for 30 years.

Gold. Silver. Bitcoin.

Not because of Iran.

Because of what Iran just proved.

When the system tries to destroy you, the only people who survive are the ones who built outside it.

Survival of the fittest..

So by the way who is going to win the battle
Iran can never win on the battlefield but it can survive, if the regime will survive this 'storm' that's a hundred percent win them. On the other side US & Israel it's obvious that militarily they can't lose but if they fail to achieve their mission(to change the regime or force the regime to kneel before them and agree to their conditions and restrictions) that's a lose.
