I think Mtei & co should not be blamed for this. Chadema cadres, members and supporters are the one to blame.

It's true that Chadema leaders are building up a sort of autocratic leadership whereby few people in the party monopolize decision making powers.

This isn't a good indication for a party which fights to improve democratic environment in this country but fails to respect democracy of its own.

I put my blame on Chadema's members because they have all the power needed to put the party on right track but they cannot exercise it.

It looks like Chadema's members have given their leaders a green-light to abuse the democratic processes in their party.

Failing to criticize leaders when they go out of their way in terms of decision making is tantamount to agreeing with them.

When you think of their actions in the party something might come to your mind and tell you "this is what exactly they are going to do to us and to our country, r.a.pe the country's constitution & put their critics behind bars".

CHADEMA members are sober and very well focused. Any statistically significant data for this information? I can change my mind if you have any.
