Chuo kikuu mambo hubadilika ndugu, waliopata div. 3 ndo wana perform zaidi ya hao vipanga wa sekondari. Huwezi kupima uwezo wa mtu kwa matokeo ya mtihani wa siku moja.
 
Kuna wale vipanga wa O-level walipofika advance, wakazungusha. Kabla ya kuanzisha haya mavyuo kiholela kulikuwa na vyuo vichache hasa vya umma na vijana walikuwa wanashindania nafasi huko. Hivi vyuo vikuu vilivyooteshwa kama uyoga vimetuletea shida kubwa kabisa
 
Kumbuka kwamba Genius hawakariri chochote na mara nyingi score zao zinakuaga za kawaida kama hakuna kile ambacho wapo interested nacho...

Ila hao unaowaita vilaza ndiyo mabingwa wa kukariri na kupata GPA kubwa au division za juu... ila physical output yao ni zero...

Ukijua kuwa WB walizuia 200bln za welimu pale mzee viwanda alipozingua ndio utashtuka mchezo bujeti ya wizara ya ujuaji inafadhiliwa na mabepari. So condition za kufadhili ndio zinaumiza taifa. Think big.

Nakuunga mkono na napendekeza serikali ingezifuta baadhi ya degree courses au ingepunguza idadi ya wadahiliwa maana kuna baadhi ya course hazina impact kabisa katika jamii na wala serikali yenyewe haiwezi kuwaajiri.
Ni bora hiyo nguvu inayotumika kusomesha watu chuo kikuu ipelekwe katika vyuo vya ufundi tu.

Hahahaha Rebeca 83, unajua bia ni tamu kuliko masuala ya kitaifa.

Ngoja nijaribu kuelezea kidogo, wakati wa mwalimu kulianzishwa shule za vijana hodari kwenye elimu (shule za vipaji maalumu).

Lengo ilikuwa ni kuwatengenezea mazingira mazuri hao vijana ili waweze kuwa vinara wa kuleta maendeleo katika nyanja mbalimbali.

Haikuiishia hapo tu, tulikuwa na shule za ufundi na stadi mbali mbali zikiwa na lengo sawa na lile lililoanzisha shule za vipaji.

Hii mfumo waliutoa kwenye nchi za Kisoshalisti.
Sema nauona kama umepitwa na wakati.
