Hali ya ujuzi wa Hisabati kwa vijana wetu inatisha. Hali ni mbaya sana kwa ngazi zote hasa kwa shule ya Msingi na Sekondari. Kwa mfano zaidi ya asilimia 65 ya vijana wanaochaguliwa kuingia kidato cha kwanza huwa wamefeli Hisabati. Kwa upande wa Sekondari, zaidi ya asilimia 85 hupata F katika mtihani wao wa mwisho wa kumaliza kidato cha nne.

Kama moja ya mchango wetu katika kukabiliana na tatizo hili, napendekeza wale wajuzi na magwiji wa Hisabati wajitokeze na tuanzishe taasisi maalum ambayo inapendekezwa ijulikane kama WANAHISABATI WA KUJITOLEA (WAHIKU). kazi kubwa ya taasisi hii itakuwa ni kufanya utafiti na kubaini tatizo linalowakabili vijana wetu na walimu wao katika Hisabati na kisha kubuni na kutengeneza mikakati maalum ya utekelezaji kwa kushirikiana na wizara husika, Chama cha Hisabati Tanzania na Chama cha Walimu Tanzania na Halmashauri zetu.

Bila msingi mzuri wa Hisabati kwa vijana wetu Tanzania itaendelea kubaki nyuma katika nyanja ya maendeleo------HISABATI KWANZA.........

Wazo zuri. Shule zenyewe inabidi zianzishe Math clubs, kumonitor efficiency ya hizo Math clubs ndio challenge yenyewe, hapo inabidi kubrainstrom zifanyweje ziwe effective na progressive. Top-down interventions haziwezi kuzaa matunda na pia lazima kuwe na reliable funders.
 
Uko sawa pia mabadiliko makubwa yanahitajika kuanzia Shule za Msingi kwa kuwapa maslahi mazuri waalimu wa hisabati na sayansi sio Wabunge kujiongezea posho na wengi wao ndio wale ambao perfomance yao ni ya chini shuleni ndio wanaopitisha hoja huko mjengoni tu ilmradi posho inaingia. Ndio maana hatuendelei. Ukianzisha mimi nitajiunga.

Mkuu ingekuwa jambo jema sana ktk kukombo Taifa letu linaloangamia ktk kila nyanja na pindi mtakapoanzisha usikose kunijuza ili tushirikiane ktk hii pia vijana wajiondolee ile dhana ya hesabu ni janga la kitaifa
 
The issue is not only to pass or fail mathematics the issue is how to convice people to like the subject like the outcome or contribution of mathematics to the society and national in general we know that mathematics has got wide application in daily life but what are they? because mathematics is not like people think more calculation and solving that is not the issue and not the application of mathematisc you cannot be a good mathematician in solving diffucult equations what we need after solving such equation now bring to application in real life example in finance,insurance,Data analysis,engineering and so many but the system of our education system concetrate much in solvings things the student they dont know its application to their daily life this will be shame for Tanzanian mathematicians lets be serious on that.
