This role will ensure high quality delivery of vocational training programs to young people within the project sites. The focus will be on supporting Technical and Vocational Education Training (TVET) centres and other pertinent entities to develop and strengthen TVET trainers with the aim of improving service and product provision aligning them with the needs of the community and job market within the blue economy value chain.
The ideal candidate should posses Significant relevant experience in implementation of blue economy related projects/programs with experience in green business/enterprise development, market linkage and private sector engagement for individual producers, producer groups, micro and small-sized enterprises, and other collectives. You should also have training and facilitation experience at TVET level and job market for youth.
