I literaly starved myself, it was 5 weeks. I weighed 72kg sasa hivi nina 64kg and nakula lkn naangalia amount ya carbs no fat at all na lots of fruits as snack.
Aisee kama ulishazaa, ukaanza kunenepa bila mazoezi, situps au kubana tumbo (reallocating fats) uwezekano wa tumbo kunenepa no mkubwa sana.
Na ukijikondesha kwa diet, tumbo plus masaburi vinapungua as fats zote zinatumika kutengeneza nguvu. My point is, lifestyle yako yaweza ongeza au punguza mtumbo.
