vitumbo kwa wanawake


hawafanyi kaz nzito, mama yangu alikuwa akienda shamba, akitwanga mahindi na mpunga na shughul nyingne na hakuwa na kitambi. Sasa hawa kula kulala, chips mayai na kuku wa kichina unategemea watakuwa na bantu fiqure?
 
vitumbo....my biggest turn off...ila kama kuna --sura--figa--nyumanju---nitakivumilia kitumbo tu
 
Kwa upande wangu sioni tatizo, lkn kwa wanaume wanaopenda big behinds inawapunguzia raha yao.

Wabongo wanapenda vitu vikubwa. Nyumba kubwa, gari kubwa, msosi mkubwa, vyeo vikubwa, masaburi makubwa, and the list goes on.

Recently nimekata 8 kilos so nina experience na cutting up some fats, maana l had to change the whole wardrobe. Sarawili zilizokuwa hazifungi sasa hivi zachea.

Hongera. Kilo nane ni nyingi aisee. What did you do na ilikuchukua muda gani?

Hapo umenena. Wengine ni wanene genetically, wengine wana bones kubwa lakini wanataka kuwa hivi

 
I literaly starved myself, it was 5 weeks. I weighed 72kg sasa hivi nina 64kg and nakula lkn naangalia amount ya carbs no fat at all na lots of fruits as snack.

Kadri wanaume wengi wanavyopigana na vitambi, naona kama wanawahamishia wadau wao....
