Toka nchi nyingi za Africa zipate uhuru (Political independence) toka Kwa mkoloni mengi ysmefanywa kwe sector mbali mbali mbali,kijamii na kiuchumi, ni zaidi ya miaka 50 toka nchi nyingi zipate uhuru ila kasi ya maendeleo imekuwa aiendani na uvunaji rasilimali( Resources utilization vs Development)

What will happen in the next 100 years for Africa development (Tanzania) if resources will not be properly Utilized?Nini kitatokea miaka 100 Kwa Africa na Tanzania kama raslimali hazitatumika vizuri kuijjenga kiuchumi?

2.Gas/mafuta-Tunazitumiaje Kwa faida na hara ya maendeleo yetu Kwa bahati mbaya hivi vyote vimekuwa ni mali ya mzungu( investors) wanachukua 90% profit wanatuachia vijikodi vidogo,

3. Mapindizu ya kilimo hatuko hata robo,kilimo Bado Cha jembe,rain feed( Mvua),tekolonojia Bado chini,mbolea,tuma export raw- material,viwanda vidogo vidogo( value added Bado)
Kwa ufipisho,
hatari ni kubwa Kwa kizazi kijacho kuishi au kurudishwa utumwani( Debt/ relief/ Donors - economy dependant.

Tanzania population in next 100yrs watakuwa zaidi ya watu 150 + million projected, kama tusipo Anza kujari yajayo tutarudishwa utumwani na wazungu Wataona wa Africa ni vilaza,

Picture this watu wanapoongelea Industrial revolution wanaamanisha ni namna gani technology ilivyoongeza ufanisi wa uzalishaji.

Pamoja na umuhimu wa technology kwenye uzalishaji lakini sio kitu muhimu kuna science za management of people to maximise production beginning from ‘Hawthorne studies’ since the then the discipline of management studies has evolved exponentially with so many theoretical approaches.

Forget about management theories za production, rudi kwenye Industrial revolution.

Industrial revolution 1.0 ilikuwa stream engine. Hii ndio technology iliyokuza uchumi wa nchi za wenzetu; particularly railway network in early 1980’s and off course steam engine was crucial in some production industries particularly cotton. This is how you right a strategy hakuna namna nyingine zaidi ya hii. Vitu muhimu vya kuzingatia ni goals zako, internal environment (conducting S.W.O.T analysis), external environment (conducting a PEST analysis or other acronyms like PESTEL) and ‘understanding risk management’.

Sasa kufanya yote hayo unahitaji performance data zako, internal/external audit reports zako za maswala mbali mbali (to do with internal control), current external information/trends (based on PEST analysis or othper extended acronyms).

Kwa mantiki hiyo given the source of people responsible to collect data, wataalamu wa serikali hadi kufikia ngazi ya wakurugenzi ambao trained to write strategies let alone wakurugenzi wa wizara ambao hizo ni moja competent skills ya nafasi zao.
