Naomba kuwasilisha na kupata mawazo na michango yenu wana jf hivi mnaonaje ajira za tra zikawa zinatangazwa na utumishi angalau kupunguza undugu na usiri wanaoufanya hawa jamaa wa tra, kwa sababu hawa jamaa wamezidi kuajiriana kwa kujuana sanaaa afadhali hata hawa wa utumishi sie watoto wa wakulima tunaitwaga mara chache kwenye hizo interview zao.


Note: Ni idea tu imenijia nikaona nipate michango chanya kutoka kwa wana jf na mitazamo ya great thinkers wa jukwaa la kazi na tenda

tatizo la ajira haliwezi kutatuliwa kwa kubadilisha namna ya kuajiri, jiulize ili wewe upate inatakiwa wakose wangapi? Maswali ya kujiuliza, je imefika kipindi taifa limejitosheleza kimahitaji kwa hawa wasomi? Jibu ni hapana, wasomi wanahitajika tena sana, lakini serikali yako inadai haina pesa. Mathalani nenda PPRA, wana staffs around 80...mahitaji yao ni staffs 250

Sio ishu ya GPA nani kakudanganya???? Maeneo mengi kuajiri kwa kufuata misingi stahili imekuwa ngumu na sio TRA pekee.
 
Mi naongea from experience za customs jobs recently. Tulifika pale mtu 300, wote wamechujwa kwa GPA.

Then tukafanya aptitude test. Wakapanga from matokeo yake, waliofeli wakaachwa.

What do u want from them? Mi nimepata kazi huko fair and square, bila refa wala nini. Just my GPA, aptitude result na kujibu maswali ya interview.

Acha umbumbumbu ww kinachotakiwa kazini ni maadili mazur sio GPA ndio maana hatuendelei inawezekana watu ambao ni wachapakazi wanaachwa kwa kuangalia hizo GPA za kukalili, ni kweli kwamba TRA nao wahamishiwe utumishi kuondoa huo ukiritimba na kuajili watu wa kanda fulani ili kuendelea kulindana na kufichiana siri za kifisadi serikali lifanyieni kaz hilo mungu ibariki tz

Application za kazi 40 zinakuja 12,000. Unatumie vigezo gani kuchuja wafike watu 300 ili wawe interviewed.

Huko utumishi na watawachuja vipi?

Kwanza GPA siyo issue katka swala la kazi maana zilingine ni za rushwa za ng**o,zingine kununuliwa tu(inshort Tz is Unfairgh we are not smart at all).Kingine hata mishahara ingekuwa sawa kwa watumishi wote wa umma regardless mashirika ya umma au nini huko alimradi ni ya serikali.wangetumia vigezo vya elimu ya employee kwenye ngazi za mishahara kama wafanyavyo utumishi.

Inawezekana unachokisema ni sahihi, ila sielewi umejuaje kama ni wote. Na kukosa kazi huko TRA haimaanishi hiki ulichokiandika hapa chini.

Tulia dogo km ww ulipata kazi humo bila refa mshukuru mungu ila hao jamaa wa tra ni wabinafsi sana na wanjulikana hivyo kitambo
 
Walisema wanataka upper second. Sio kazi yao ya ku specify upper second ya aina gani....

Upper second ya 3.9 haina jina maalum...

Furthermore, application zilikuwa nyingi sana. Wangeanza 3,5 ingebidi watoe aptitude test za watu 1,500. Not cost effective when looking for 40 people
