Most First class students get technical seats, some become Doctors , Engineers and some Accountants etc

The Second Class pass and then pass MBA become Administrators,Doctors and control the First class

The Third class pass enter politics and become Ministers and control both of the above

Last but not the least , The Failures join business and control all the above.

Inaonekana unapenda sana kujisomea, kama ndivyo tafuta kitabu cha Rich Dad Poor Dad.-"Go to school, get good grade and you will get a high paying job". Kimsingi hizi mentality ndio zinatuharibu na mfumo wetu wa elimu unashindwa kumuandaa mtu atakayeweza kujiajiri mwenyewe kama ambavyo zilimwathiri KIYOSAKI mwenyewe.

The observation that, there are successful business people without much of formal education has led some observers to conclude that education is of no value in starting and developing a successful business. However this is not the case. The propensity to start the business among the educated is influenced by among others, other career opportunities and the value placed on starting one's business in a particular context.

Many of those who start a business without much education start with very small informal activities. They manage to do that because the opportunity cost of their labour is quite low and no not have the status to loose, They succeed not because they lack education, rather lack of education provides a context that does not hinder them from starting the journey into running the successful business.

Kama anasoma vitabu vya akina Robert Kiyosaki, vyenyewe ndio vinasema hivyo, Ili uwe TAJIRI huhitaji kufahamu mambo mengi ya formal schools ila unahitaji kufahamu masuala ya Biashara, mfano uwe na Financial inteligency, management skills kwani vitu kama hivi havifundishwi kwenye mashule yetu na ili uvipate unahitaji kukaa na watu wanaovifahamu au kufanya kazi nao ujifunze. Kufahamu haya huhitaji kuwa kipanga, ila inahitaji tu kuwa na imani au uthubutu wa kuwa inawezekana (GUTs).
