But when you say many of few wht do u mean because even two is many while in some case 20 can be few or it can also be many

but kama kwa tafsiri yako ni sahihii basi mambo mambo ya IT yanahitaji workshop nyingi kuliko conference. Coference seem to be just talking or politics like. kwa mujibu wa maelezo yako.

Its like driver having many conference on driving. Drivers need more workshops than conference same to IT people.
