Tatizo ni nini?

Tatizo ni nini?

Epukeni kuandikiwa vipimo bila kupata copy iliyotoka katika machine. Mara nyingi tunadanganywa

  1. MRDT - Negative
    • MRDT stands for Malaria Rapid Diagnostic Test.
    • A negative result means no malaria parasites were detected in the blood.
  2. Urine WBC: 2–5 / HPF
    • WBC = White Blood Cells
    • HPF = High Power Field (microscope view)
    • 2–5 WBC/HPF is mild and may be normal or suggest a mild urinary tract irritation or early infection.
  3. Urine RBC: 80–85 / HPF
    • RBC = Red Blood Cells
    • This is a very high number of red blood cells in the urine, indicating hematuria (blood in the urine).
    • This finding is not normal and should be investigated.

Possible Causes of High RBC in Urine (Hematuria):

  • Urinary tract infection (UTI)
  • Kidney stones
  • Bladder or kidney infection
  • Glomerulonephritis (kidney inflammation)
