Wengi wakiwa graduates,ambao system imewa FAIL,

Kwa kuwafundisha mavitu maguuumu ambayo yako nyuma na kasi ya sayansi na teknolojia

Tufanyeje mpaka 2020?????,

tukiendelea na system iliyopo,bado tutakuwa na watu wengi zaidi wasio na ajira,ifikapo2020,

Leo,nilikua nawaomba tuwe na MKAKATI ,yes MKAKATI,

Kwa batch ya wanafunzi wa sasa hivi,labda hatuwezi kurekebisha tatizo la ajira,ila lakini inatubidi tupange MKAKATI, mpaka ifikapo 2020 tuwe tumelipunguza tatizo kama sio kuondoa kabisaa

Hatuwezi kusubiri Nazi chini ya mwembe,
Namaanisha kama hatujafanya changes kwenye system,tusitegemee vitu vingine positive.

Kwanza kuwe na CHANGE OF SYLLABUS,huko vyuoni,wasome mambo ya current time,kama ni science,then wanafunzi wapewe mazingira halisi tutengeneze wana science wa karne yetu,sio kuwasomesha ma theory gani ya mwaka 47 huko..........LOL

Pia,kilimo,biashara na technology viwe ADDED kwenye syllabus

Kuwe na fungu la serikali ,stimulating money,kuwe na mashindano ya kuandika projects,wale wanaofit wawezeshwe................mtu akiwezeshwa atawawezesha wengine(kuajiri wengine)

Kuwe na warsha/kongamano may be kila weekend,watu wajifunze kilimo/biashara FREE,sio kama wale wezi wa 'motivational speakers,LOL

Sales and Marketing Manager


With a strong background in Energy field with focus to GENERATORS and HYBRID SOLUTIONS



Location: Arusha,Mwanza and Dar es salaam Tanzania

Full time, indeterminate, as soon as possible



Are you a Sales and Marketing person? Are you presentable? Are you in good position to make business proposals? Are you able to create more sales to the company? Do you know how sales in Generators / Hybrid solution working in both rural and urban areas? Then we are looking for you! As the Sales and Marketing Manager you will be responsible for strategic daily operations. In this very senior sales position you will directly report to the Managing Director.

  • Business Strategy: Own the development of an innovative sales strategy to cement MIKE ROWLAND as the leading player in the Energy market
  • Business Growth: Maximize sales through existing and new channels via hands-on continuous improvement of our sales and service structure in the region
  • Customer First: Build, mentor and coach to the most loyal and dedicated customers to the company.
  • Business Development: Analyze market trends and competitors landscape to ensure a successful sales development


Qualification

This challenging position requires a business degree with focus on sales and Marketing management as well a proven track record of at least 5 years of professional in renewable.

Generator and Hybrid sales experience is an added advantage, You are target driven and dynamic, and you consider your role as an important contribution to the development of the entire company.

  • Relevant academic background in Marketing or a related field
  • Elaborate skills, knowledge and professional experience in designing and leading the implementation of marketing campaigns and communications in urban and rural East Africa, especially for below-the-line marketing
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Very good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong networking skills, preferably with existing relationships with both local and national media
  • Computer literacy in MS Office programs and basic understanding of well-known image processing and page layout programs
  • Fluency in English and Swahili

Mbali na education system Reformation, pia inatakiwa tubadilishe mfumo wetu mzima wa kiuchumi kwanzia kwenye misingi yake na tuangalie ni jinsi gani inavyoweza kuleta mazingira wezeshi ya kuajiriwa na kujiajiri.

Kwa mfumo tulionao huu hata kujiajiri kunawategemea sana waajiriwa sababu cashflow inaanzia serikalini.

Ila cha kuskitisha ni kwamba katika taifa lenye watu zaidi ya 50m eti waajiriwa wote wa sekta ya serikali hawafiki hata 1m, sasa uwepo wa hao waajiriwa kiduchu serikalini ambapo ndio ilikuwa inatakiwa wawe wengi(sababu ya mfumo) moja kwa moja inafanya hata hawa wanaojiajiri wawe wachache zaidi na hatimae kuwepo bonge moja la unemployment rate.

Baba mwenye nyumba tuliyenae ndio hajui kabisa kama analikuza hili tatizo kwa kasi.
 
Halafu pia kumekuwepo na majibu mepesi na ya kifara kutoka kwa wabongo baadhi kwenye suala zito kama hili... utashangaa mtu anakuja hapa anakwambia "tatizo la ajira ni suala la dunia nzima jamani tusishangae"

mtu kama huyu akiwa karibu yangu mimi nnaweza nikamtemea makohozi.
 
tatizo la ajira ni la dunia nzima... sisi kwetu linazidi maana hatuna mindset ya kujiajiri...

kweli mitaji ni ishu kwa vijana.. ila kila ukoo ungeweka utaratibu wa kuchangiana mitaji kama mnavyochangiana harusi nina imani tungejmpunguza hili tatizo...

tuna mindset za kijinga sana na ndio maana hatuendelei
 
Mindset ya kujiajir vijana wanayo tatizo mitaji. Kilimo kinalipa utaanza kulima huna shamba? Huna vitendea kaz? Huna Pesa ya madawa? Lawama zitarudi tu kwa serikali.

Swala LA walimu Tanzania bado kuna uhaba wa walimu mkubwa tu si Vijijini Wala mijini.

Sekta ya afya Usiongee.

Serikali ikejipanga vizuri nadhani tatizo la ajira lingekuwepo Ila si kwa miaka hii ya Sasa labda hapo baadae Sana.

Nchi nyingine ajira za shida lakini wamejitosheleza, ukienda Kwenye huduma za Jamii Wafanyakazi wa kutosha waajiri nini?? Hapa bongo muhimbili tu unakuta kuna uhaba wa Wafanyakazi , wanadouble tu shift na watu wako mitaani Serikali YETU ni tatizo.
 
Hapo kwenye "change syllabus" panahitajika marekebisho makubwa sana... pakirebishwa hapo hata vile vigezo vya 5years of experience ili iwe qualified for a job vitapungua...

Tatizo lipo kwenye mfumo na syllabus zilizopo, hazifikirisha kabisa wahitimu zaidi ya kuwakaririsha...
