As the heated debate on whether the Tanzania Electric Supply Company (Tanesco) should or should not buy the Dowans Power Plant comes to a close, it has been hinted that Songas Power Company is now the potential buyer of the machines, The Guardian has learnt allayed fears over power rationing should the weather forecasts behave accordingly.
