The same ppl managed to purchase two new aircrafts and have already made a deposit for two more without a budget.

On the sums discussed all we know those expenditures were suspended to date how much has accumulated to and how much the government is adding to support their allocation claims is a matter of those who can access that information.

Kuhusu suspended expenditures hizi ni pennies nyengine. Kama unaongelea vitu kama sherehe za uhuru,safari etc haizidi 30B hadi sasa kwa umoja wake.
Pamoja na kufuta posho na wafanyakazi hewa pesa zinazolipa mishahara zimeongezeka-maajabu mengine.
Jibu liko wazi serikali haina hizo trilioni za kununulia madawa hata ingependa kufanya hivyo,unless wafanyakazi wote wasamehe mishahara yao kwa miezi miwili.

There is no way in hell a govt with 1tr in collections, 600B in salaries expenditures and over 300B in debt repayment commitments monthly can come up with 1tr on such short notice.
