We are seeking creative, driven, and energetic marketing officers to become part of our growing marketing team.
Candidates should have previous marketing experience in creating effective brand strategies and advertising campaigns, as well as an eye for detail and design.
Marketing Officer Job Duties and Responsibilities
1.Develop effective marketing and sales campaigns
management
2.Help create customer research databases
3.Alyze research to target the best audience and maximize reach
Identify, study, and test market patterns and trends Research competitors
4.Assist with product/service development and pricing strategies
Work to enhance organization’s brand identity
5.Track and record project results and amend marketing measures
6.Meet and coordinate with marketing director on a regular basis
Collaborate with other marketing team members
Marketing Officer Requirements and Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in marketing, communications, business administration or related field
2.2+ years previous experience in marketing
3.Excellent communication skills both orally and written
4.Adept multi-tasker with ability to quickly prioritize and organize
Proficient using Microsoft Suite and previous experience using other marketing softwares (Dynamics, Excel, CRM)
5.Team player who collaborates with ease and contagious creative energy
Strategic vision and strong business acumen
6.Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
7.Copywriting and graphic/digital design experience preferred
8.Advanced social media advertising experience
Confident contributor who can accept and implement constructive feedback
