Tanzania bado tuna standards za chini sana, hatuna "zero tolerance" kwenye mambo ya rushwa na mengine muhimu yanayohusu maendeleo yetu.

Hata wabunge machachari kama kina Zitto wanakuwa wanasuasua, huko bungeni kuna politics kibao na ma coalitions kwa hiyo na wao wanakuwa wanauma na kupuliza, hawataki ku "step on people's toes" they play it safe, compromising principles for security. Hatuna "Profiles in Courage" types, at least not in the spotlight.

Those who compromise principles for (false) security will end up with neither.

Zitto tulitegemea uonyeshe njia kwa cheche za kizazi kipya, majibu yako hapa yanakufanya uonekane kama ushachoka.

He has nothing to gain. Angekuwa CCM tungesema anatafuta wizara. Angekuwa hajawahi kutishwa tishwa Bungeni tungesema anaogopa, lakini the man is used to receiving the most vicious repudiation by his fellow law makers short of being kicked out of the house. He has nothing to lose. Kama ni posho, bado ataipata tu, nadhani kiti cha Kigoma Kaskazini he is a shoe in for the foreseable future. I mean, he has nothing to gain, nothing to lose. He is anything but fisadi, I will testify under oath against anybody who mentions his name next to the F word. So what is it?

The difference between this act and the real deal is that this act is instilled with the fear of the police state and what the intelligentsia and our version of the illuminati can do to make or break a political career.The earlier Zitto had the advantage of a positive naivete, what Barack Obama would call "The Audacity of Hope", but currently that hope has been boiled to evaporation and in it's place a tactful, cold, calculating and play-it-safe politician is emerging.

It has been a trend of some of the strong voices to be the weakest after sometime. You want to think that he is not among those whose trend of 'ushupavu katika upiganiaji maslahi ya Taifa' is inversely proportional to the cooling aid provided!

I hope 'Kamati ya madini' or whatever the name was, wasn't a cool aid to this young dude.

Nimetembelea miradi mingi ya mpunga nchini mfano Mgeta ifakara, huu wa Mbarali kapunga pia kuna mwingine maeneo hayo ya karibu, Kuna ule wa mbozi nimeusahau jina, dakawa, na ule wa Kwamsisi. Huo wa Mbalali kwa kweli nimradi ambao tusingekuwa tunalia njaa nakuomba msaada wa chakula.

Mradi mwingine wa mpunga ambao ni sawa na huo wa Mbarali(kapunga) ni Mgeta huko ifakara wenye hekta 12,000 ikiwa 6000 ndio zilishakuwa developed ambapo irrigation inaweza kutake place. Kuna Hydropower, buildings, workshops, tractors, combined harvesters, airstrip, Tazara railway ipo mlangoni mwao, mto Mgeta unamiminika maji mwaka mzima lakini hilo shamba liko msitu hakuna kinachofanyika.

Kuna shamba jingine lipo kwamsisi Tanga hekta 3000 zipo zipo tu. Na tutaendelea kulia njaaa food inflation itatutafuna hadi mwisho.

I still think you are unfair to me because of inadequate knowledge you have on how parliamentary committees work. I dont want to be defensive here. I went to Mbarali as a a Chair of the Parliamentary Committee with other members from different parties. I have to show leadership within my committee by not mixing my CHADEMA views and those of the Public Investments Committee. Decision of the Committee will be presented during next parliamentary session. And i hinted the feelings of the members of my committee.
As a leader i think it is wiser to wait and present our findings during 16tth parliamentary session.

Regarding other views you have on me, those are your views and i appreciate you have made them public and i take them as challenges.
