Ha ha! You say so because you know (CCM) as the accuser have no guts of taking him to court. Your doing good job defending him legally, but you can not change his image (especially politically) to the society, unless he put his effort to do so. If what your saying was applicable in Tanzania no one would bother to burn those vibakas in the street (take matters on their hand). So, although your trying hard to defend him legally here, I doubt if it is worth the effort. I should also remind you; you are in "Jukwaa la Siasa" and not "Jukwaa la Sheria" so that being said your playing soccer in a basketball field.
