Removing uploaded documents from the Internet

[nuraj]

Assume you have uploaded some documents on the internet and now you dont want them to be available on search engines such as Google etc, how to go about???

[Kang]

Just remove them from wherever you uploaded them, whats the problem?

I think the problem is the "how" to remove from where you have uploaded. So if you know the "how" part please help.

How depends on where you uploaded them in the first place, just go there log-in and delete.
