Official Announcement from Real Madrid (Must Read):
1: Manchester United did not open negotiation for David de Gea's transfer until yesterday morning.
2: Real Madrid, despite the difficulties of an operation of this kind in the last day of registration, agreed to initiate negotiations.
3: When Manchester United initiated this negotiations they made it contingent on reaching an agreement with Real Madrid player Keylor Navas. And asked for Navas to be incorporated from this season to the British club, and started contact with the representatives of the player.
4: After the drafting of the documents required & in order to proceed with sufficient time to process both the FIFA TMS according with LFP time
Real Madrid forwarded the contracts to Manchester United at 01:39 Spanish time.
5: Manchester United sent the contracts back eight hours later, at 09:43 Spanish time, including minor modifications.
All changes were accepted immediately by Real Madrid, with the intention to register the player with both TMS & Professional Football League
6: Real Madrid, after obtaining the signatures of the players De Gea & Navas, sent the contracts to ManU signed at 11:32 Spanish time.
Real Madrid waited to receive the final documents signed by Manchester United.
7: Manchester United reached the final agreement with the representatives of Keylor Navas at 11:53 Spanish time.
It was at that time that the contracts were sent to the player to be signed.
8: Manchester United entered the data from the operation of David de Gea to the TMS, not those of Keylor Navas, at 12:00 A.M Spanish time.
The signed transfer contracts were sent to Real Madrid simultaneously.
Real Madrid receives the full documentation at 12:02 A.M and tried to access the TMS but it was already closed.
9: At 12:26 A.M Spanish time the computer system of FIFA TMS makes an invitation to Real Madrid to fill the data of David de Gea.
Given that the deadline for registration in England remains open till today.
Real Madrid decided to refer the contract to the Professional Football League, even knowing that the deadlines had expired.
10: In short, Real Madrid has done everything necessary, and at all times, for these two transfers to go through.
