The date of the elections will be July 9 but the first thing that Real Madrid have to do is announce the extension of Zinedine Zidane's contract until June 30, 2020.

President and coach have spoken and agreed everything, and Sergio Ramos will also make his contract extension official for another season, until June 30, 2021.

The next to give his ok to Real Madrid will be Isco Alarcon.

Cope said, Nacho and Benzema all will sign new contracts in the following weeks too.

Sounds good to me. Bring back the boys, Mariano has to go, we need somebody who can put the BBC on the bench and if Perez will the spend money to buy a new striker and a golie then he deserves another chance.

I think BBC is already broken, I don't see them starting together anymore thanx to Bale's injuries and CR's age. The beauty is, Cristiano will join the pre-season late due to his participation in the Confederations, which means he'll be playing catch ala missing a handful of games.

Bale will go back to his injuries, and Benzema will resume his lazy bum personality and get kicked to the bench eventually.

Real Madrid will not sign De Gea this summer

David de Gea will not be making a move to Real Madrid in the summer of 2017, it has been confirmed.

Those in charge at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu are placing their faith in Keylor Navas and will not be forking out the 75 million euros that Manchester United were demanding.

Keylor Navas produced an excellent final two months of the season and Zinedine Zidane has asked for the Costa Rican to continue, while the players also requested that he be allowed to stay.

Kiko Casilla should remain as the backup, while Luca Zidane could be the third goalkeeper given that Ruben Yanez is ready to move away for more playing time.

As for Gianluigi Donnarumma, who has been offered to the club, Real Madrid will be patient and see how that situation develops.

The 18-year-old Italian has rejected contract renewal offers from AC Milan and his deal expires in one year.

It's almost ridiculous trying to analyze how Madrid played Juve, coz that's how we've been playing almost whole season. Start off a bit relaxed, get to learn about our opponent, and kill them off in later stages of the game. We played the same game against Napoli, Bayern, Atleti, barca, Valencia, you name them.

I've been hearing a few people claiming Juve had a better first half, well not really. We had more of the ball(possession), and they had a few chances which were hardly threatening(apart from Pjanic's saved shot).

To me the first half was only frustrating attacking wise, but never defensively. There weren't really no tactical changes in the second either, but psychological. It was the second half and we had to win, end of.
