“I was looking to win the game. We played 4-4-2. We did it in pre-season and it’s a system we’re familiar with. It worked well for us in the early stages of the first half but then things got a bit more difficult”.
Absence of fans
“That certainly had an influence but it’s no excuse. It was a bit of a strange game but we can’t change that now. We knew before the game that there wouldn’t be any fans in the ground and we had to show high concentration levels. We did that early on but not for the whole game and we had some tough periods”.
