my sisters and brother as we all know Science and Technology is the source of incramental change, alot of money have been used to bring in the optic fibre claiming that it would offers opportunities for large bandwidth, better communication quality and much higher data transmission speeds. (i wish every Tanzania owned a modem) and but i dont think there is any change of what they told us to expect,
what actually does they trying to potray..?
