Internet ya North Korea hata mimi na machizi wangu tukitaka kuipiga DDOS tunaipiga. The whole country has 1024 internet pingable IP addresses. That number is like four class C IP networks! The kind you use at home.

All that with a single uplink to the internet.Kill that one uplink and the whole countrys internet is down.Tanzania was doing waay better than this.In the year 2000. These people are hardly tech savvy.

That's less than a midsize US corporation.

It reminds me of the myth of the mighty Red Army back in the Cold War days.

Baadaye in college kuna professor mmoja alikuwa kipanga wa Red Army aka defect to US kufundisha Computer Science, alikuwa anatupa stories za Red Army anatuambia huku nje ya Russia Red Army ilikuwa inasifika, kule kwao walikuwa wanashindwa hata kutoa vifaru kwenye tope!

Well, since these cyber attacks are largely covert actions, I'm not gonna put it past anybody.

However, you are right about NK's IPs.

It's laughable.

The US can wipe it off the face of the earth in no time if they really wanted to.
