I think the way they described our president is very correct. He is more inward looking, arrogant, perfectionist, protectionist and lacks sorts of global vision and exposures which is very sad for a leader of a country like Tanzania. I'm not saying that Kenyans are smarter than us, but when it comes to inclusive economy, global economic interactions and opportunity creation, our president lacks some qualifications that would make him better president. While he is making some progress, but there are a lot of fundamental mistakes that will ruin and jeopardize the economic functioning of the country and create unnecessary policy distortions.

Ni kweli tunahitaji kulinda mipaka yetu na kulinda masoko yetu, lakini pia tunataka ujirani mwema. Tuchukue muda kufanya maamuzi ambayo yanaweza kuleta shida kwenye ujirani mwema. Kwa hali ya sasa Soko la Tanzania halitoshi, tunahitaji masoko ya nchi. Ni muhimu sana kwa Rais kututengenezea masoko ya nje. Kwa mfano kwenda Malawi, Zambia, DRC Congo, Uganda, Rwanda na kuongea na wafanya biashara wa huko watumie bandari ya Dar es Salaam. Kuna umhimu wa Rais wa nchi kufanya promotion ya nchi yake hasa kwenye target markets
