New administration under Samia Suluhu gives hope after 5 years of hopelessness

MAKAMBA JR PRESIDENTIAL AMBITIONS BLIND HIS JUDGMENT.



Makamba Jr is overambitious. And, sadly this puts his doddering political career in a red corner but it is unconscionable to label him an economic saboteur. For a simple reason, his acts may have violated civil laws but not criminal ones.

Those are facts.

We have already noted Makamba presidential ambitions cloud his judgment because he fails to grasp whatever he does must garland his appointer posing no leadership threat to his boss.

This colossal error of judgment has happened thrice! During Mwendazake reign, he had dissolved the NEMC Board of Directors without the consent of his boss and Mwendazake did not spare him when he revoked those errors. But, at least he spared him the ignominy of getting the sack....

Later, he was involved in undermining Mwendazake by siding with his daddy in a defamation grouses which led to be axed from the cabinet. Makamba bribed his way back to parliament following his most realistic challenger (a CDM turncoat) deliberately fluffed his forms by expunging his photos from them after receiving kickbacks from him....

Many had wondered whether Mwendazake will not block him from gunning down the parliamentary seat but after profusely begging for his dear life Mwendazake forgave him all of his sins which were too nefarious.

The reappointment of Makamba Jr was an eyebrow raiser because it was too soon to restore his career without full rehab but we know being a JK acolyte that appointment was no surprise. However, like most of JK sidekicks they have issues save for a few of them and Makamba Jr appointment needs to be revoked before he commits another mea culpa.

We had already foreshadowed that Mama ought to dissociate with JK if she has to run the country in peace but resuscitation of these dead bones is weakening her own capabilities.

We need fresh blood untainted with our murky past but who is listening?

If someone messes three times and is still endured that amounts to favouritism because others have been shown the door.

A question which will be answered shortly is whether JK minions are untouchables. We will know if Makamba Jr hangs on after all these commissions of insubordination.
 


Bulembo is a job seeker nothing more nothing less. So this is tantamount to job audition. But we say he has failed by his own gaffe...by the word of his own mouth.

Of significance, why Bulembo is reaching out to Kinana knowing he has no executive powers of the secretary general?


Is Bulembo know something we don't? Is the secretary general illegally replaced by another JK bootlicker?

Or he is simply ignorant of CCM own protocols despite languishing in the central committee for almost a decade?

Well, undermining an MP for selfish reasons sucks. The MP is really off the mark but neither he nor Makamba Jr deserves a public humiliation.

It is ridiculous Bulembo sought succour on CCM own rules of not washing its dirty linen in public but he too is guilty as charged....he just let every sundry know what is happening in the CCM closet yet can still summon the temerity to name and shame Mheshimiwa who too wants Makamba Jr out so he can replace him albeit for different reasons...


But the Zenj saying..." Mhini na mhiniwa ndiya yao moya hakuna anayepata..." is very axiomatic here

President Samia strikes the opposition where it hurts most:


Singlehandedly, she has redefined the constitutional debate! The debate now no longer about "katiba mpya" but rather did we need even that kind of distraction in first place? In short...

"DO WE REALLY NEED A REWRITING OF OUR CONSTITUTION OR REFORMING OUR ELECTION LAWS?"

Our dumber opposition have made rewriting the constitution a central piece of capturing power little did they know our constitutional order is the best in the world but our election laws are the ones crying out for nip and tuck.

Here we will show you why:-


NEC reconstitution is a great news and having its own secretariat branching out to the ward level will restore the lost dignity incurred in the last general election


We commend the president for astute leadership

She is answering the gawking opposition clamouring for a new constitutional order because they can not differentiate a constitution and statutes due to locums and pettifoggers masquerading like brilliant legal minds in their whole caboodle....

What we need is election laws reform, but the constitution we have is one of the most excellent in the world demanding zero disturbance.

That tome brazenly cooked by Warioba and Co. was the worst constitutional effort in our entire history. We will expound why...

Constitutional principles demand that it should refrain from replacing legislative effort and statutes interpretation by the judiciary but the Warioba sellout failed miserably to follow this stringent rule as more and more statutes and judicial precedents crawled their way into the constitutional draft!

Any constitutional effort which upend the Parliament from legislation or/and adopt judicial precedents as carved in stone is not a constitution maker but a condoner of anarchism. Both statutes and precedents are subject to vagaries of harsh realities which keep changing to suit the societal needs of time. However, the constitution ought to declare The intents, vision and tenets of a society without being bogged down to vagaries of details which the Warioba deceit succumbed to.

Our constitution has few guidance for the Parliament but the Warioba sellout undermined the onus of the Parliament. We understand the Warioba mistep was due to copy and paste of Kenyan constitutional debacle now tearing that nation into shards partly because of the deficiencies already highlighted here. The Kenyan constitutional effort is enticing because of its honourable intents but had strayed to the orbit of the Parliament to enact laws, and hence a source of perpetual disputes threatening the very stability the constitution intended to safeguard!

Besides, lots of its contents was a step to hell citing only one gaffe: candidates can contest election results but voters were disempowered from being the last line of defence to the integrity of the elections!

What kind of constitution which disable voters from certifying the correctness of the results? Part of the problem the JK commission was too elitist no wonder voters were treated with so much disdain .

Once election laws have been fixed what else our clueless opposition have to rumble about...we say "wameachwa kwenye mataa......"

Our president is lecturing the blind opposition about constitutional law without uttering a word...

We told you she is speaking with her deeds and let the dumbfounded opposition picking up the pieces...

Now our clowns will have to shape in or they will be shipped out sooner than later....
 
The new area of hassling will be how do NEC hires its staff seeing that CCM cadres mostly under or unemployed may soon have permanent and pensionable jobs with living wages to reboot.... it is not a fact but a matter of concern, conjecture and speculation so to speak.

It will take time this to sink in and our sister will cruise to that much coveted second term in peace.... we say so because to say otherwise will be prejudicing the NEC even before it kick-starts the process under new election laws. After 2025 elections, we will have sufficient evidence to glean on....and flesh out facts from fiction albeit by that hour the plane would have left the airport leaving the opposition wannabe squirming in pain at lost opportunities.

......"hii ndiyo CCM ninayoijua mimi" JK chuckled in 2015 following an internal revolt when his close confidant was ejected from the nomination process but the general convention spared him of the brushes when they endorsed the process he had championed....and, so is CCM now rejoicing at new twist in the conundrum which leaves the opposition grasping for ideas.

Thereafter, we will work out on transparency of members of political parties but that will be for 2030 elections... That transparency is a golden key to flush out CCM diehards from infiltrating the NEC and do some serious damage to our hapless opposition whose quest for power is in all essence extremely diabolical...


Keep on your viewership if you really want to grasp the nuts and bolts of our political climate...
 
Can some remind Mr. DEPUTY he is no longer the secretary general what we are seeing he is interfering with the ambit of the executive...which is where the secretary general plies his trade overlapping and sending wrong signals to all and sundry

But of more significant is the reforms in the NEC are coming fast and furious to send the opposition back in a drawing board...

HOW THE CUNNING UHURUTO DUPED RAILA AMOLO ODINGA OUT OF THE PRESIDENCY!

Ruto being an establishment candidate was supposed to pick all the brickbats the Kenyan bearish economy is unleashing at the moment putting his presidential ambitions at loggerheads.

But not so!


How did the establishment presidential candidate became a chief opposition while still in office and the opposition supremo became the party in power will consume historians for many generations to come.

The handshake will cost Raila the presidency.


An ingratitude to the "handshake", Raila now is forced to defend the government! His case to the state House would have been much easier had he distanced himself from the scion of Jomo but his lack of consummate strategic planning just jettisoned the Raila presidential wannabe into a graveyard. We know he had accepted Covid-19 bootleg earning for himself an unenviable titular the "Kovid bilionea" little did he know he had just bought himself a ticket out of the presidential loop!


Did Uhuruto plotted this or it was a divine intervention to end whatever presidential dreams Amolo was nursing throughout his adulthood? We have a reason to suspect the latter not the former had everything to do with it.

In future, we will spend time to explain why and how the spectacle unfolded before our very eyes....
 
Economic sanctions against Russia will send Biden and the liberal dems packing their bags sooner than later as Russia demonstrates not only resilience to shrug off the unprecedented sanctions but also the ad-hominem associated with it echoing with the SHOUT OF AN ARCHANGEL that it is too big to sanction.... If you sanction Russia you just sanction yourself out of power...it is as simple as that.
