I have all valid permits to work. Mohammed Salah(CIO) robbed me mid night with some other guys like Lauma ( Marketing staff) and fake police. They came mid night 12 AM total 7 people with GSM car 888, took all my things and than took me airport.
My mobile number which is with my name from last 3 years +0684972055 taken by Mohammed Saleh, i am afraid he could use my number for some other crime in Dar es Salaam.
mobile was taken by him and i did not get paid even my salary.
My all home was robbed, as there are so many expats work in GSM MALLS without permits.
I need advice to write complaint about management who did this unlawful things to me and because of them i suffered.

This was very unprofessional on the part of the company, i personally know that he worked very hard for the company to set up there retail business. Rishabh had a good job in Dubai, Mr Ghalib and his team some years back had requested him to join the company and he was working closely with them. After all the years of service this is definitely not expected out of GSM. And because of these few handful of unprofessional people it puts the whole country on a bad light. This incident will go out to other Indians in our Industry and will create a bad name for the company and the Country. While most of the people in Tanzania are very sweet and welcoming, becuase of a handful of people the whole country earns a bad name.Contract was not terminated, neither ever told me or gave me notice of termination, in the day, i was working normally & in the night it happened.
Well there is one another person who ran away came back to work after 4 months, Inam Saudagar, also might they afraid, since i hold lots of sensitive information, might i can tell any officials.
Since i was drop without money, phone at mid night and due to safety i decided to come out and board the flight, as mid night no money no phone to call and get help.
They have booked my ticket without telling me.
The retail business that Rishabh had setup for GSM group created more jobs for local people. The reason why expats are called to any country is to value add in areas which can develop new opportunities for the country.you are lucky you are still breathing, those guys were about to deport your 'corpse' back to India, just know that you are not going to elevate any of these to justice, do your self a favor stay in India and you be way safer that way as these guys have all the windows all over the gvt!
