nashindwa kuformat local disk c... msaada

kwa bahati mbaya nilinstall window 7 katika partition yaani hard drive zote mbili.. sasa nataka kuformat local disk c nashindwa... nikiclick format inanambia sorry cant be formatted...(hapo kama natumia local disk d na nina taka kuformat c )vilevile hata nikitumia command prompt yaani cmd naletewa ujumbe kwamba access denied as you do not have sufficient privaleges.you have to invoke this utility running in elevated mode.. vilevile nikiinstall upya window na nikachagua do not keep files... bado nayakuta katika windows old... wataalamu naomba naombeni msaada wa jinsi ya kuformat...tnx :tongue:
