Asante mkuu, I want to apply for scholarship. and the area that I want to focus on is Unemployment among young adults,how we can tackle this through education. Currently if you finish and fail primary education and parents can’t afford to take you to private school , then you are doomed,it should not be like this,,,I believe mtu aliyemaliza primary can do a lot of things if trained, bado hatujawa na platform nzuri to exploit their potential,,,wakiwa empowered/helped to unlock their potential I can see moving forward as a nation

Naona tatizo linguine ni kila kiongozi akija kwenye nafasi za elimu ,anaweka sera zake tofauti na aliyetangulia...

hakuna consistency....kama mlisoma hivi,yeye anakuja anapangua tu

Na pia elimu ilitakiwe itu encourage tuwe independent learners na sio watnafunzi wanao cram tu

Nimeona mahalli darasani mwanafunzi anapewa mtihani ambao ni real life situation katika mazingira yake aelezee jinsi atakavyoli solve hilo tatizo...in this way mtu anatoka na knowledge/skills za kutatua changamoto zinazonguka kwenye mazingira yake….

Umenikumbusha swala la sports. Tulikuwa na mashindano kila shule, ward, wilaya mpaka mkoa. Hapo inaundwa timu ya mkoa kwenda kushindana mashindano ya Taifa. Sijidai ila nilishawakilisha mkoa wangu nikiwa primary ila sikufua dafu. Tulikuwa na wadada wawili mmoja wa Ziwa Magharibi mwingine wa Kigoma. Nimesahau majina yao. Tulienda kupambana nao nilipokuwa Sec. School wenyewe Butimba TTC. Walikuwa wanatutoa vijasho.

Unasoma, unacheza, unatalii nchi na bado unapasua darasani.

ila nimeamua kuwashirikisha sio tu nipate michango yenu niendelee kuandika bali I am hoping mtafanya brain storming,

Mje na vitu vitakavyokua positive hata wale ambao wako juu yetu vitawafanya wavichukulie mkazo...

Hapa chini ndio nimeanza;

Tanzania is one of the countries that have largest young population. 40% percent of Tanzania youth population are below 15 years of age. Fewer Tanzanian Adolescents (52%) however, are enrolled in lower secondary education and in which few complete and attain GCSE qualification. There is almost no Vocational training for these young adults who might have been benefited if this alternative was available.

Past research has also identified that girls are vulnerable group with 76% girls drop out of school because of pregnancy and early marriage and Tanzania government has made a policy that these girls are not allowed to get back into education.
Main purpose is to explore how this large group of young people can be educated, given knowledge and right skills so that they can be employed or self-employed. This will improve the economy of each person and economy of the nation as a whole......WAKUU NAENDELEA VIPI???
