Ni vigumu kumlinganisha Jack Bauer na Jason Bourne kama ilivyo vigumu kuwalinganisha Jackie Chan na Bruce Lee au James Bond na Willie Gamba ama Carlos the Jackal na Companero the Vulture. Njia rahisi ingekuwa ni kuwakutanisha. Lakini hilo haliwezekani. Kilichobaki ni kutumia vigezo vingine. Wajuvi tujuzeni - nani zaidi: Bauer au Bourne?

Ndugu yangu, kwa kurejea series za tamthilia hizi mbili, utaona kuwa Jack Bauer anapambana na ugaidi akiwa polisi mpelelezi wa kupambana na ugaidi (Counter Terrorist detective) wa FBI wakati Jason Bourne ni mpelelezi / shushu wa CIA ambaye ni mtaalamu wa kuua na kupotezea. Utayarishaji wa series za Jack Bauer umejaa special effects wakati ule wa series za Jason Bourne umejaa uhalisia. Hapo ndipo tofauti kati ya hawa wawili inapoanza kujitokeza, kama wabisha ni PM tuonane nikupe CD za hawa wakali wawili uangalie ubaini tofauti. Asante

Bauer ni CTU sio FBI. Halafu huyo hoja ya special effects haina mashiko kwa kuwa filamu zote zinaitumia hiyo. Au umesahau matumizi ya kamera za kuona maeneo kwenye Bourne Supremacy?
 
Inategemea unatakwa wa define kwa mising ipi.... Kama ulivosema Companero, it is an unfair comparison. Wote ni bora katika walo yafanya.... While Bauer ana scope kubwa ambayo anaweza tumika kumtathimini, Borne kidogo narrow in comparison. However....

Bourne ni zaidi ya Bauer, the guy has been portrayed as intelligent zaidi. Kitendo cha kuwa struck by amnesia na you are still able to get thru the US intelligence sio lelemama, being able to trace wapi katokea, who he was before and what he is all about. His success depends entirely on his plans, counterplans and contigiency plans... he flows his insticts and trusts them na he is almost always right. I was so impressed na ile scene ambayo aliingia bar akiwa na yule dada, na alipo account the details (sizikumbuki) but he was able to tell gari ngapi zipo nje na number plate, which guy had a piece in the bar, na the like. Hapo Bauer haoni kwa Bourne.

Bauer's intelligence lies on thinking on his toe (not that Jason does'nt).... minimising the effects by minimising the time frame of disaster... Solving multiple problems at par, Great at breaking the Law for all the right reasons.... He has been portrayed as a man with Greater personality than borne.... A man of honor and a man of principle although from bended Principles. And his quotes.... I love his qoutes.

I love the ending of Bornes squeals, I hate the ending of 24hrs, ni kama vile iendelee tu.

safi sana! uchambuzi umetulia. swali la nyongeza: je, huoni kuwa unampendelea bourne ambaye alifundwa na kubadilishwa akili awe mashine ya kufikiri na kuua kwa kasi badala ya kuwa mwanadamu wa kawaida kama bauer?

Ukweli ni kuwa wote nawakubali.... Saana tu. Katika picha za Muendelezo among my top five Ikiwemo Mission Impossible, Pirattes of the Carribean, The Transporter, X-men na The Godfather hio ya Borne Identity ni moja wapo. Kwamba nimempendelea? NO... Anaonesha kua he is a man in controll, mind you... the only survivor of the "Operation Treadstone". Inaonesha kuwa the man inside did overcome the man they had transformed to. Na only a strong person can do that.

Bauer will always be Bauer, there will be no one like him... Naweza mfananisha bourne's intelligence na actors wengine kwa kiasi fulani, kama maybe Nicolas cage kwenye "NEXT" OR hata maybe Brad Pitt kwenye "SPY GAME" na the like.... BUT Bauer.... unaweza mfananisha this guy na nani really?? No one!! Unaambiwa Jack Bauer alipogundua "Keifer Sutherland" ndie anae muigiza alimuua papo hapo because nobody messes Bauer and pretends to be him! (joke)

Kuna hizi quotes kuhusu Bauer, one can only laugh kama kweli amjua na kamtazama. I love the guy... I can watch season 4, 5, 6, bila kuchoka. lol
