TANGAZO LA NAFASI ZA KAZI
Sekretariati ya Ajira katika Utumishi wa Umma ni chombo ambacho kimeundwa kwa mujibu
wa Sheria ya Utumishi wa Umma Na. 8 ya mwaka 2002 kama ilivyorekebishwa na Sheria
Na. 18 ya mwaka 2007 kifungu 29(1). Kwa mujibu wa Sheria hiyo, chombo hiki, pamoja na
kazi zingine kimepewa jukumu la kutangaza nafasi wazi za kazi zinazotokea katika
Utumishi wa Umma kwa niaba ya Waajiri (Taasisi za Umma).
Katibu wa Sekretarieti ya Ajira Katika Utumishi wa Umma anakaribisha maombi ya
Watanzania wenye sifa na uwezo wa kujaza nafasi za kazi kwa waajiri mbalimbali katika
Utumishi wa Umma kama ifuatavyo:
1.0 AFISA USIMAMIZI NA TATHMINI MWANDAMIZI (SENIOR MONITORING AND
EVALUATION OFFICER) – NAFASI 1
Nafasi hizi ni kwa kwa ajili ya Ofisi ya Taifa ya Takwimu
1.1 Sifa za mwombaji
Kuajiriwa mwenye shahada ya kwanza katika fani ya Takwimu au Uchumi na
waliohudhuria mafunzo ya tathmini na usimamizi. Wenye shahada ya uzamili katika fani
ya Takwimu au Uchumi watafikiriwa kwanza.
Awe na uzoefu wa kazi usiopungua miaka mitano (5) katika kazi za tathmini na
usimamizi.
1.2 Ujuzi
 Awe na uwezo wa kuongea na kuandika Lugha ya kiingereza na Kiswahili kwa
ufasaha
 Awe na ujuzi wa kompyuta (MS Office Suite)
 Awe na ujuzi wa kina wa uchambuzi na uandishi wa taarifa wa taifa
 Awe na ujuzi katika njia mbalimbali stahiki za kimpango mkakati2
1.3 Mshahara
Kwa kuzingatia viwango vya Mishahara ya Ofisi ya Taifa ya Takwimu NBS 6
1.4 Majukumu ya Kazi
 Kusanifu/kutekeleza mpango thabiti wa usimamizi na tathmini kwa kutumia “log
framework”, matrix, “SMART indicators” na shabaha za utekelezaji za ofisi ya Taifa
ya Takwimu na mfumo wa Takwimu wa Taifa (NSS)
 Kuongoza mchakato wa kusanifu mpango wa usimamizi na tathmini na kuufanyia
mapitio mara kwa mara.
 Kuratibu na kuhakikisha kazi zote zinafanyika kwa ufanisi/tija kulingana na mpango
wa usimamizi na tathmini wa ofisi ya Takwimu ya Taifa
 Kuhakikisha mpango kazi wa ofisi (NBS) na mpango kazi wa Taifa wa Takwimu
unakidhi mahitaji ya kiusimamizi na tathmini na kwa wakati
 Kuandaa taarifa za usimamizi na tathmini kwa vipindi maalum na kuishauri
menejimenti ipasavyo
 Kutoa mwongozo kwa idara na vitengo katika kutekeleza kazi za usimamizi na
tathmini kulingana na mpango
2.0MTAKWIMU DARAJA LA II (STATISTICIAN GRADE II) – NAFASI 10
Nafasi hizi ni kwa ajili ya Ofisi ya Taifa ya Takwimu na Sekretarieti ya Maadili ya Viongozi
wa Umma
2.1 Sifa za mwombaji
Kuajiriwa wenye shahada ya kwanza katika fani ya Takwimu au Hisabati au sifa
zinazolingana na hizo kutoka Chuo Kikuu kinachotambuliwa na Serikali na wenye ujuzi wa
kutumia “Information Communication Technology (ICT)
2.2 Mshahara
Kwa kuzingatia ngazi za mishahara ya Serikali TGS D kwa mwezi.
2.3 Majukumu ya Kazi
 Kubuni na kuendeleza mfumo wa kitaifa wa kukusanya na kuratibu takwimu
 Kutengeneza utaratibu wa kukusanya takwimu pamoja na ule wa kuchukua takwimu
za mfano/vielelezo (Sampling)
 Kukusanya, Kuchambua na kuwasilisha takwimu ngazi za juu.
3.0 AFISA MISITU DARAJA LA II (FOREST OFFICER GRADE II) – NAFASI 2
Nafasi hizi ni kwa ajili ya Halmashauri ya Wilaya ya Ruangwa na Nachingwea
3.1 Sifa za mwombaji
Kuajiriwa wenye Shahada ya Misitu kutoka chuo Kikuu cha kilimo cha Sokoine au Vyuo
Vikuu vingine vinavyotambuliwa na Serikali.3
3.2 Mshahara
Kwa kuzingatia viwango vya Serikali yaani ngazi ya Mshahara TGS.D kwa mwezi.
3.3 Majukumu ya Kazi
 Kusimamia upandaji na uhudumiaji wa miti na misitu.
 Kusimamia uendelezaji wa misitu ya kupandwa isiyozidi hekta 5,000 au ya asili
isiyozidi hekta 10,000.
 Kufanya utafiti wa misitu.
 Kutekeleza Sera na Sheria za misitu.
 Kuendesha mafunzo ya Wasaidizi Misitu.
 Kukusanya takwimu za misitu.
 Kufanya ukaguzi wa misitu.
 Kupanga na kupima madaraja ya mbao.
 Kudhibiti leseni na uvunaji wa miti.
 Kutoa ushauri na mafunzo kwa wananchi juu ya uendelezaji na matumizi endelevu
ya miti na misitu kwa wananchi.
 Kufanya ukadiriaji wa rasilimali za misitu.
 Kupima maeneo na kuchora ramani za misitu.
4.0 AFISA MICHEZO DARAJA LA II (GAMES AND SPORTS OFFICER GRADE II) –
NAFASI 1
Nafasi hii ni kwa ajili ya Halmashauri ya Wilaya ya Ruangwa
4.1 Sifa za mwombaji
Kuajiriwa mwenye Shahada au Stashahada ya Juu ya Elimu ya Michezo (Physical
Education) kutoka chuo kinachotambuliwa na Serikali.
4.2 Mshahara
Kwa kuzingatia Ngazi za mishahara ya Serikali TGS D kwa mwezi.
4.3 Majukumu ya Kazi
 Kufundisha fani mbalimbali kwa Waalimu wa vyuo, shule, na vituo vya Elimu na
Mafunzo
 Kufundisha fani mbalimbali za michezo kwa waalimu, Makocha, viongozi wa vyama
na vilabu vya michezo
 Kufundisha fani mbalimbali za michezo kwa Timu za Michezo mbalimbali.
5.0 AFISA LISHE II (NUTRITON OFFICEER II) – NAFASI 2
Nafasi hizi ni kwa ajili ya Halmashauri ya Wilaya ya Ruangwa na Nachingwea
5.1 Sifa za mwombaji
Kuajriwa wenye Shahada ya kwanza ya Lishe, Sayansi Kimu na Lishe au Sayansi na
Chakula na Teknolojia ya Chakula (BSc – Nutrition, Home Economics and Nutrition, Food 4
Science and Technology Food Science) au Stashahada ya juu ya Lishe (Higher Diploma in
Nutrition) kutoka chuo kinachotambuliwa na Serikali.
5.2 Mshahara
Kwa kuzingatia Ngazi za mishahara ya Serikali TGS D kwa mwezi.
5.3 Majukumu ya Kazi
 Kukusanya taarifa na takwimu za lishe kutoka kwa wadau na makundi mbalimbali na
kutoa ushauri kuhusu lishe bora katika ngazi ya wilaya.
 Kuchambua takwimu za lishe na kuandaa taarifa ya watoto na makundi mengine
yenye lishe duni.
 Kushiriki katika kuandaa mipango na bajeti ya lishe katika ngazi ya wialaya.
 Kutoa taarifa za mara kwa mara za hali ya lishe katika ngazi ya wilaya.
 Kusimamia kazi za lishe katika wilaya
 Kufanya kazi nyingine atakazopangiwa na mkuu wake wa kazi zinazohusiana na
elimu, uzoefu na ujuzi wake.
6.0 AFISA KUMBUKUMBU DARAJA LA II (RECORDS OFFICER GRADE II) –
NAFASI 1
Nafasi hii ni kwa ajili ya Sekretarieti ya Maadili ya Viongozi wa Umma
6.1 Sifa za mwombaji
Kuajiriwa mwenye Shahada ya Kwanza katika fani ya Utunzaji na Uhifadhi wa
Kumbukumbu (Records management & Archieves), Upimaji na Ramani na nyingine
zinazolingana nayo kutoka katika Vyuo Vikuu vinavyotambuliwa na Serikali. Aidha wawe
na ujuzi wa kutumia kompyuta.
6.2 Mshahara
Kwa kuzingatia ngazi za mishahara ya Serikali TGS D kwa mwezi.
6.3 Majukumu ya Kazi
Hili ni daraja la mafunzo katika kazi hivyo atafanya kazi kwa maelekezo ya Maafisa
Kumbukumbu walio juu yake kwa cheo. Kazi atakazojifunza na kufanya ni zile zifanywazo
na Afisa Kumbukumbu Daraja la I:-
 Kudhibiti mifumo ya kumbukumbu, kutunza, na kusimamia matumizi ya
kumbukumbu.
 Kutambua na kutafuta kumbukumbu katika masjala.
 Kudhibiti mfumo wa kumbukumbu zinazozalishwa na kompyuta, kutunza na
kusimamia matumizi yake.5
7.0 AFISA BIASHARA DARAJA LA II (TRADE OFFICER GRADE II) – NAFASI 1
Nafasi hii ni kwa ajili ya Halmashauri ya Wilaya ya Ruangwa
7.1 Sifa za mwombaji
Kuajiriwa mwenye Shahada/Stashahada ya Juu ya Biashara waliojiimarisha katika fani ya
Uchumi, Masoko, Uendeshaji Biashara au inayolingana nayo kutoka Chuo Kikuu cha Dar
es Salam au chuo kingine chochote kinachotambuliwa na Serikali na uzoefu wa kazi kwa
muda usiopungua miaka mitatu.
7.2 Mshahara
Kwa kuzingatia viwango vya Serikali ngazi ya Mshahara TGS.D kwa mwezi.
7.3 Majukumu ya Kazi
 Kuwasiliana na Wizara nyingine ambazo zinafanya biashara, kupata takwimu
ambazo zitatumika katika kutathimini mwenendo wa biashara na masuala mengine
ya kibiashara.
 Kusambaza taarifa za kibiashara kwa wafanyabiashara.
 Kutathmini mwenendo wa biashara kwa kuangalia hali ya masoko katika nchi
mbalimbali ambazo bidhaa zetu zinauzwa.
 Kuandaa grafu na “chart” ambazo zinaonyesha, mwenendo wa bidhaa
zinazoingizwa nchini na zile ziendazo nje kwa kila nchi ambazo hufanya biashara
na Tanzania.
8.0 AFISA UCHUNGUZI DARAJA LA II – NAFASI 5
Nafasi hizi ni kwa ajili ya Sekretarieti ya Maadili ya Viongozi wa Umma
8.1 Sifa za mwombaji
Awe Mtanzania umri wa miaka isiyozidi 45, mwenye Shahada ya kwanza / Stashahada ya
juu katika moja ya fani zifuatazo; Uhasibu, Elimu ya Jamii, Usimamizi Ardhi na Uthamini, na
wenye elimu inayolingana na hiyo kutoka vyuo vinavyotambuliwa na Serikali. Awe
mwadilifu na mwenye ujuzi wa kutumia kompyuta.
8.2Mshahara
Kwa kuzingatia viwango vya Serikali yaani ngazi ya Mshahara TGS D kwa mwezi.
8.3Majukumu ya Kazi
 Kuandaa barua za kwenda kwa Walalamikaji na Taasisi zinazolalamikiwa kuhusiana
na ukiukwaji wa Sheria ya Maadili ya Viongozi wa Umma.
 Kuwashauri Walalamikaji ipasavyo.
 Kupata ushahidi wa vielelezo kutoka kwa Walalamikaji.
 Kusambaza, kupokea na kuhakiki fomu za Mali na Madeni kwa Viongozi
wanaohusika na Sheria ya Maadili ya Viongozi wa Umma.
 Kufungua Majalada ya Uchunguzi na kuanzisha uchunguzi wa awali.6
9.0 MHANDISI DARAJA LA II - MAJI (WATER ENGINEER GRADE II) – NAFASI 1
Nafasi hii ni kwa ajili ya Halmashauri ya Wilaya ya Nachingwea
9.1 Sifa za mwombaji
Kuajiriwa mwenye Shahada ya Uhandisi wa Rasilimali za Maji kutoka vyuo vikuu
vinavyotambuliwa na Serikali. Wawe na ujuzi wa kutumia kompyuta.
9.2 Mshahara
Kwa kuzingatia Ngazi za mishahara ya Serikali yaani TGS E kwa mwezi.
9.3 Majukumu ya Kazi
 Ujenzi na Usimamizi wa Vituo vya Hali ya Hewa, Vituo vya Upimaji wingi wa Maji
mitoni (Discharge Measurements) na Uchukuaji wa sampuli za mchanga
unaosafirishwa kwenye mito (sedment sampling) na kuzitafsiri.
 Ukusanyaji wa takwimu kwenye vituo vya hali ya hewa na upimaji wa wingi wa maji
mitoni na kuzitafsri takwimu hizo.
 Kuandaa na kutayarisha Taarifa ya robo, nusu na mwaka mzima katika sehemu ya
Haidrologia.
 Kutayarisha kielelezo cha mtiririko wa maji ( Rating Curve Eqution )
10.0 MHAIDROLOJIA DARAJA LA II (HYDROLOGIST GRADE II) – NAFASI 1
Nafasi hii ni kwa ajili ya Halmashauri ya Wilaya ya Nachingwea
10.1 Sifa za mwombaji
Kuajiriwa mwenye Shahada ya haidrolojia au Uhandisi wa Rasilimali za Maji kutoka vyuo
vikuu vinavyotambuliwa na Serikali. Awe na ujuzi wa kutumia kompyuta.
10.2 Mshahara
Kwa kuzingatia Ngazi za mishahara ya Serikali yaani TGS E kwa mwezi.
10.3 Majukumu ya Kazi
 Ujenzi na Usimamizi wa Vituo vya Hali ya Hewa, Vituo vya Upimaji wingi wa Maji
mitoni (Discharge Measurements na Uchukuaji wa sampuli za mchanga
unaosafirishwa kwenye mito (sedment sampling) na kuzitafsiri.
 Ukusanyaji wa takwimu kwenye vituo vya hali ya hewa na upimaji wa wingi wa maji
mitoni na kuzitafsri takwimu hizo.
 Kuandaa na kutayarisha Taarifa ya robo, nusu na mwaka mzima katika sehemu ya
Haidrologia.
 Kutayarisha kielelezo cha mtiririko wa maji ( Rating Curve Eqution )7
11.0 AFISA MIPANGOMIJI DARAJA LA II (TOWN PLANNER) – NAFASI 1
Nafasi hii ni kwa ajili ya Halmashauri ya Wilaya ya Nachingwea
11.1 Sifa za mwombaji
Kuajiriwa mwenye Stashahada ya juu/Shahada katika fani ya Mipangomiji kutoka Chuo
Kikuu Kishiriki cha Ardhi na Usanifu Majengo (UCLAS) au Vyuo Vikuu au Taasisi nyingine
zinazotambuliwa na Serikali.
11.2 Mshahara
Kwa kuzingatia Ngazi za mishahara ya Serikali yaani TGS E kwa mwezi.
11.3 Majukumu ya Kazi
 Kuandaa mipango ya maeneo yaliyoendelezwa kiholela.
 Kuandaa michoro ya Mipangomiji.
 Kupokea michoro ya Mipangomiji na taarifa za maeneo ya ardhi yanayopendekezwa
kuiva kwa ajili ya uendelezaji kimji.
 Kuchambua takwimu na taarifa kwa ajili ya maandalizi ya mipango mipya ya makazi.
 Kupokea na kuweka kumbukumbu za maombi ya mabadiliko ya matumizi ya ardhi
na umegaji wa viwanja.
 Kuhakikisha kuwa mabadiliko ya matumizi ya ardhi yanaingizwa katika michoro.
12.0 MJIOLOJIA DARAJA LA II (GEOLOGIST GRADE II) – NAFASI 2
Nafasi hizi ni kwa ajili ya Wizara ya Nishati na Madini na Halmashauri ya Wilaya ya
Nachingwea
12.1 Sifa za mwombaji
Kuajiriwa wenye Shahada ya Sayansi katika fani ya Jiolojia (pamoja na fani za Jiofizikia au
Jiokemia) au sifa nyingine zinazolingana na hizo kutoka vyuo vikuu vinavyotambuliwa na
Serikali.
12.2 Mshahara
Kwa kuzingatia viwango vya Serikali yaani ngazi ya Mshahara TGS.E kwa mwezi.
12.3 Majukumu ya Kazi
 Kupokea na kufuatilia upatikanaji wa taarifa za utafiti wa mistari ya uchungi na
mitetemo katika utafutaji wa madini au petroli;
 Kukusanya na kuchambua taarifa za mitetemo, mienendo na mabadiliko ya miamba
ardhini;
 Kutunza kumbukumbu za miamba, madini au petroli;
 Kutayarisha rasimu za taarifa za kitaalam na kuziwasilisha kunakohusika;
 Kusimamia matumizi ya vifaa vya kitaalam na utunzaji wake; na
 Anaweza kuongoza timu ya mafundi sanifu wanapokuwa katika shughuli za utafutaji
wa madini au petroli.8
13.0 MHANDISI DARAJA LA II – NISHATI (ENERGY ENGINEER) – NAFASI 1
Nafasi hii ni kwa kwa ajili ya Wizara ya Nishati na Madini
13.1 Sifa za mwombaji
Kuajiriwa mwenye Shahada/Stashahada ya Juu ya Uhandisi kutoka Vyuo Vikuu
vinavyotambuliwa na Serikali katika mojawapo ya fani za Uhandisi wa Nishati (Renewable
Energy, Mechanical Engineering or Elecrical Engineering)
13.2 Mshahara
Kwa kuzingatia ngazi za mishahara ya Serikali yaani TGS E kwa mwezi.
13.3 Majukumu ya Kazi
 Kufanya kazi chini ya uangalizi wa mhandisi aliyesajiliwa na bodi ya Usajili wa
Wahandisi kama “Professional Engineer” ili kupata uzoefu unaotakiwa.
 Kufanya kazi kwa vitendo katika fanii zinazomhusu ili kumwezesha Mhandisi kupata
sifa za kutosha kusajiliwa na Bodi ya Usajili wa Wahandisi.
 Kufuatilia taarifa za upatikanaji, uzalishaji, ugavi na matumizi ya nishati.
 Kukusanya taarifa na takwimu kuhusu miradi mbalimbali kuhusu bei za nishati ndani
na nje ya nchi.
 Kupitia mapendekezo ya miradi project proposals mbalimbali ya nishati
yanayowasilishwa Wizarani.
 Kuhakiki maombi ya wawekezaji na mkandarasi kuhusu vivutio vya uwekezaji.
14.0 MTHAMINI DARAJA LA II – NAFASI 2
Nafasi hizi ni kwa ajili ya Halmashauri ya Wilaya ya Nachingwea
14.1 Sifa za mwombaji
i. Kuajiriwa wenye Shahada/Stashahada ya juu katika fani ya Land management and
Valuation kutoka Chuo Kikuu Kishiriki cha Ardhi na Usanifu Majengo (UCLAS) au
Taasisi nyingine zinazotambuliwa na Serikali katika fani za Usimamizi Ardhi na
Uthamini. Au
ii. Kuajiriwa wenye cheti cha NCPS katika fani ya Usimamizi Ardhi na Uthamini.
14.2 Mshahara
Kwa kuzingatia ngazi za mishahara ya Serikali TGS E kwa mwezi.
14.3 Majukumu ya Kazi
 Kukusanya taarifa za utafiti na mwenendo wa soko la ardhi.
 Kuhakiki kumbukumbu za utafiti na kuziingiza kwenye kompyuta9
15.0 MPIMA ARDHI DARAJA LA II (LAND SURVEYOR GRADE II) – NAFASI 2
Nafasi hizi ni kwa ajili ya Wizara ya Nishati na Madini na Halmashauri ya Wilaya ya
Nachingwea.
15.1 Sifa za mwombaji
i. Kuajiriwa wenye Stastahada ya juu/Shahada kutoka Chuo Kikuu Kishiriki cha Ardhi
na Usanifu Majengo (UCLAS) katika fani ya Upimaji Ardhi au Taasisi yoyote
inayotambuliwa na National Council of Professional Surveyors (NCPS). Au
ii. Kuajiriwa wenye cheti cha East African Land Survey (EALSC) au National Council of
Professional Surveyors Certificate (NCPSC) katika fani ya upimaji ardhi.
15.2 Mshahara
Kwa kuzingatia ngazi za mishahara ya Serikali TGS E kwa mwezi.
15.3 Majukumu ya Kazi
 Sehemu ya Upimaji Milki (Cadastral Survey)
- Kuingiza taarifa za Upimaji (alpha numeric data) kwenye kompyuta.
 Sehemu ya Topographic na Geodetic Surveys
- Kukagua kazi za upimaji na kuingiza taarifa za kazi zilizothibitishwa
kwenye komputa.
 Sehemu ya Ramani
- Kufanya upimaji picha (aerial triangulation and block adjustment);
- Kuandaa vikosi kwa ajili ya kuhuisha ramani (map revision)
- Kutunza kumbukumbu za picha za anga.
 Sehemu ya Hydrographic Surveys
-Kusimamia na kuchukua vipimo vya tide gauges.
 Mpima Ardhi katika Serikali za Mitaa
- Kufanya kazi za nje ya Ofisi (field survey operations) chini ya
usimamizi wa mpima aliyesajiliwa.
16.0 MKADIRIAJI UJENZI DARAJA LA II (QUANTITY SURVEYOR GRADE II) –
NAFASI 1
Nafasi hii ni kwa ajili ya Halmashauri ya Wilaya ya Nachingwea
16.1 Sifa za mwombaji
Awe na Shahada /Stashahada ya juu ya Uhandisi kutoka vyuo Vikuu vinavyotambuliwa na
Serikali katika fani ya Ukadiriaji Ujenzi (quantity Surveryor).
16.2 Mshahara.
Kwa kuzingatia viwango vya mishahara vya Serikali TGS E kwa mwezi.10
16.3 Majukumu ya Kazi
 Kuandaa ratiba ya kazi, gharama za ujenzi (BOQ) na Hati za mikataba.
 Kuanda makisio ya gharama za miradi ya Ujenzi.
 Kukusanya takwimu na kufanya uchunguzi ( survey)ya ukarabati wa miradi ya
Ujenzi
 Kuandaa bajeti ya miradi ya ujenzi
 Kuandaa taarifa za uthamini wa miradi ya ujenzi.
 Kwa kushirikiana na Mkadiriaji ujenzi kuandaa taarifa fupi za ujenzi wa miradi.
 Kushughulikia masuala yote ya utawala wa fedha za miradi ,kuandaa hati /
vibali maalumu vya ujenzi na mikataba.
 Kufanya kazi zingine atakazopangiwa na mkuu wake wa kazi.
17.0 AFISA ARDHI MSAIDIZI (ASSISTANT LAND OFFICER) – NAFASI 2
Nafasi hizi ni kwa ajili ya Halmashauri ya Wilaya ya Nachingwea.
17.1 Sifa za mwombaji
Kuajiriwa wahitimu wa Kidato cha Nne au Kidato cha Sita, waliofuzu mafunzo ya miaka
miwili ya Umiliki Ardhi na Uthamini kutoka Vyuo vya Ardhi au Vyuo Vikuu vingine
vinavyotambuliwa na Serikali.
17.2 Mshahara
Kwa kuzingatia Ngazi za mishahara ya Serikali TGS C kwa mwezi
17.3 Majukumu ya Kazi
 Kuingiza kumbukumbu katika kompyuta
 Kutoa ushauri kwa wateja.
 Kupokea, kukagua na kusambaza majalada kwa maafisa kwa utekelezaji.
 Kusaidia Maafisa Ardhi katika ukaguzi na kuchukua kumbukumbu, picha taarifa,
vipimo vya majumba na michoro.
 Kujumuisha na kuandaa taarifa za ukaguzi.

 Daraja hili ni la mafunzo katika kazi, hivyo atafanya kazi kwa maelekezo ya
Wasaidizi wa Kumbukumbu walio juu yake. Kazi atakazojifunza na kufanya ni zile
zifanywazo na Msaidizi wa Kumbukumbu Daraja I:-
 Kutafuta kumbukumbu/nyaraka/mafaili yanayohitajiwa na wasomaji.18

Nafasi hii ni kwa ajili ya Ofisi ya Taifa ya Takwimu
30.1 Sifa za mwombaji
Kuajiriwa mwenye Stashahada ya kawaida ya Uhazili itolewayo na Chuo cha Utumishi wa
Umma (TPSC) au chuo chochote kinachotambuliwa na Serikali ambaye amehudhuria
mafunzo ya kompyuta na kupata cheti katika programme za Window, Microstoft Office,
Internet, E-mail na Publisher. Pia, Awe na uzoefu wa kazi kwa muda usiopungua miaka
kumi na mbili. Aidha, Awe Amehudhuria na kufaulu mafunzo ya Menejimenti kwa ajili ya
Wasaidizi wa Watendaji Wakuu kutoka Chuo cha Utumishi wa Umma (TPSC) au vyuo
vingine vinavyotambuliwa na Serikali.
30.2 Mshahara
Kwa kuzingatia Ngazi za mishahara ya Serikali TGS F kwa mwezi.
30.3 Majukumu ya Kazi
 Kuchapa barua, taarifa na nyaraka za kawaida na siri
 Kupokea wageni na kuwasaili shida zao na kuwaelekeza sehemu wanapoweza
kushughulikiwa.
 Kutunza taarifa/kumbukumbu za matukio, miadi, wageni, tarehe za vikao, safari za
mkuu wake na ratiba ya kazi zingine zilizopangwa kutekelezwa katika ofisi
anamofanyia kazi na kumuarifu Mkuu wake kwa wakati unaohitajika.
 Kutafuta na kumpatia Mkuu wake majalada, nyaraka au kitu chochote kinachoitajika
katika shughuli za kazi hapo ofisini.
 Kufikisha maelekezo ya Mkuu wake wa kazi kwa wasaidizi wake na pia kumuarifu
kuhusu taarifa zozote anazokuwa amepewa na wasaidizi hao.
 Kuyapokea majalada, kuyagawa kwa maofisa walio katika sehemu alipo, na

Kuajiriwa wahitimu wa kidato cha IV waliohudhuria Mafunzo ya Uhazili na kufaulu mtihani
wa Hatua ya Tatu. Wawe wamefaulu somo la Hatimkato ya Kiswahili na Kiingereza
maneno 80 kwa dakika moja na wawe wamepata mafunzo ya Kompyuta kutoka chuo
chochote kinachotambuliwa na Serikali na kupata cheti katika programu za Window,
Microstoft Office, Internet, E-mail na Publisher.
31.2 Mshahara
Kwa kuzingatia Ngazi za mishahara ya Serikali TGS B kwa mwezi.
31.3 Majukumu ya Kazi
 Kuchapa barua, taarifa na nyaraka za kawaida.
 Kusaidia kupokea wageni na kuwasaili shida zao, na kuwaelekeza sehemu
wanapoweza kushughulikiwa.
 Kusaidia kutunza taarifa/kumbukumbu za matukio, miadi, wageni, tarehe za vikao,
safari za Mkuu wake na ratiba ya kazi zingine zilizopangwa wakati unaohitajika.
 Kusaidia kutafuta na kumpatia Mkuu wake majadala, nyaraka au kitu chochote

Tanzania Food and Nutrition Centre (TFNC) is a Government Institution under

reducing all forms of malnutrition.
1.1 DIRECTOR OF FINANCE, PERSONNEL AND ADMINISTRATION (1

 Responsible to the Managing Director in matters pertaining to finance,
Human Resources and administration;
 To co-ordinate the preparation of final accounts and audit of the Centre;
 To supervise and approve the Centre's financial transactions;

He/She should have an experience of not less than eight (8) years in
Finance, Human Resources and Administration of which five (5) should be
in senior managerial position.

2.0 THE INSTITUTE OF SOCIAL WORK (ISW)
The ISW is one of the institutions of higher learning in Tanzania which was
established in 1974 by Act No. 26 of 1973 (as amended by Miscellaneous Act
No. 13 of 2002). The Institute is under the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare
and is located at Kijitonyama in Dar-es-Salaam.8
The Institute was established to provide qualified human resources for
strengthening social welfare services delivery system in Tanzania. It is accredited
with the National Council for Technical Education (NACTE) as an institute of
higher learning to conduct training programmes in the fields of social work,
industrial relations and human resources management.

1.1 DIRECTOR OF FINANCE, PERSONNEL AND ADMINISTRATION (1

1.1.1 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Responsible to the Managing Director in matters pertaining to finance,
Human Resources and administration;
 To co-ordinate the preparation of final accounts and audit of the Centre;
 To supervise and approve the Centre’s financial transactions;
 General administration and supervision of staff under his/her directorate;
 Plan and develop human resource at the Centre;2

He/She should have an experience of not less than eight (8) years in
Finance, Human Resources and Administration of which five (5) should be
in senior managerial position.

 To participate in preparing budgets and ensure budgetary control
 To liaise with Treasury and Ministry of Health regarding subventions and
